S L Cars

I've left this a while as I wasn't going to write a review but it's something that has annoyed me for the last 5 months. I bought a volvo c30 from them August 2021 for 3200 unlike the other cars there this only came with 5 months MOT which should have rung alarm bells if I thought about it. I did however read really good reviews on here before buying so thought if any issues they seem like the kind of company that would sort it out.

However after e mailing them end of January with the MOT results I had issues with but I received no response. It failed miserably and cost 2000 the main issue being the steering rack. It made me think why did the other cars come with full MOT yet this one was only 5 months? When emailing I asked for some support with the car either they repairing the steering rack or for help towards the bill.

It's not the most expensive car but was all the money I had at the time and really was affected by the huge MOT bill. Even a reply acknowledging my email would have been beneficial compared to being completely ignored.

Recently bought a mazda2 Tamura from SL Cars and they were brilliant so friendly wasn't pushy and gave me a great deal. Well done guys you manage to make me give up my old vw golf which I had for 20 years. Very trustworthy and I'm a very happy customer thankyou.

What lovely gentlemen who run this garage. I needed a car immediately and could have done so that day. No gimmicks or hard selling. Honesty in my book goes a long way. I would definitely recommend SLCars.

Recently purchased a car from SL Cars, have to say Matt has been brilliant, from start to finish. Had a slight issue as car didn't have the sat nav in it to work the bluetooth, we didn't realise at the time it was needed until after the purchase. Matt sorted it out with very little fuss, always replied to my emails, sent me a replacement and its been sorted. Service received exceptional.
