Don't be fooled by the slick exterior and smart chat. Since I bought a car from Ray recently I have: 1. had to have the headlight bulbs replaced are they were inadequate and dangerous. The lights were so poor I had to have them replaced the day after I collected the car from FM3 Cars. 2. a front shock absorber leaking that should have been noted on the MOT but was ignored. Looking at other reviews I would question how genuine the MOT test is. 3. an engine oil leak that was also not noted on the MOT. 4. had the indicators fail and a replacement fitted in the door mirror at a cost of over 200. 5. the service indicator lights have just come on saying the car needs a service. FM3 Cars say the car was serviced but the lights not reset!
No sure I trust them. The preparation of the car was very superficial. The under the bonnet stuff was not done. I have spoken with FM3 Cars and the problem is all mine now! Don't be the next unsuspecting victim of this business.

Part 3 - Lily told me that the majority of their customers are in fact elderly and disabled. The stress and strain they put me through during the time of having this car forced me into a horrible place mentally. Without a doubt, it could've caused serious damage or potentially killed an elderly and disabled person. They hoped I would go away and just give up, they couldn't have been more wrong.
It is now March 8th, 2022. I have still not been able to drive my vehicle yet I'm still paying. The dealership is still uncooperative and is looking for any way to prolong and avoid the situation. Am I also still out of pocket for the 2 diagnostics I had to pay for out of my own pocket in my own time and at my own expense. This is absolutely horrendous.
I have spoken to trading standards about the comments and threats made to my Dad and they have in fact informed me that it could become a police matter, as again the finance was listening in too. I will be pursuing this! Part 3 -

Freddie, the owner, got agitated when I requested my deposit back. Stated he'd offered me too much in part ex, and didnt want to do business with people such as me. Had to wait nearly a week to get cash back, when the bloke finally responded by text, had the nerve to ask if I had decided to buy the car.just avoid em.well suss!

What should have been a momentous occasion, soon turned into a nightmare. They think it is ok to intimidate the elderly and disabled! Farhad was more than happy to help me sign the documents and take my deposit. Since then it has all gone downhill, they don't want anything to do with me. I Initially placed my deposit on Mon 15th Nov and I was told the car would be ready by Sat 20th.
It was ready on Tues 23rd Infact FM3 was more than happy to let me drive around in an unroadworthy car for a week! The passenger rear shock absorber is completely knackered, they told me when I received the car that "somethings wrong with the spring" and to bring it in on Thursday 25th for them to fix it. Upon further inspection we find out that this "little problem" is in fact an MOT failure and means the car is unroadworthy!
We are now on Mon 29th and they have let me down again! When I went to the shop earlier this evening, the salesman became very defensive and intimidating, this caused a great deal of stress for my father who is in fact elederly and disabled. When I called Farhad he told me to "Take the car back, I'm not bothered. I'll make another 1000 out of it!" in an arrogant and aggressive tone I believe that due to my age, they thought they could take advantage of me and feed me a pack of lies and I am sick of it! This is supposed to be one of the greatest milestones in my life. This is something that I will never forget.

Very professional family run business. I had a very exceptional personal service from Lily from start to finish. She listened to my requirements/affordability & hand picked my perfect car. Nothing was too much trouble, tax & MOT all arranged for me & I was invited to drive the car out of the showroom! I can't recommend this car garage enough. Exceptional customer service, incredibly helpful and very friendly. All their cars are immaculate and of a very high standard. Absolutely wonderful family business. We turned up on the off chance to see a car on the way back from a deal that fell through. Considering they had no warning at all, they absolutely bent over backwards to get it ready for us (including a fresh MOT at 5pm on a Saturday!) Got a great price for trade in and my new car on the same day. Fantastic service and a wonderful team. Will definitely be back for my next car!
