My exhaust manifold on my BMW 2004 525D was cracked and needed replacing. I was recommended to Rockvale Motor Co who have done a fantastic job replacing the manifold at a very reasonable price. Mark and his staff where very friendly and extremely nice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

I cannot recommend Mark and the team at Rockvale Motors highly enough. I was extremely nervous buying a used car (especially such an upgrade), having had a bad experience with another dealer. Mark was unbelievably patient and reassuring with me. I doubt that I would have taken the leap without him. Not only that, but he's been amazing in the 5 months since I bought the car - with all of my questions and upgrades!

I wouldn't service my car or buy from anyone else now. It's a stunningly beautiful and immaculate car and I haven't had a single issue with it - other than getting used to driving it!

Hands down the best garage for service, sales and after-care. I bought my MX-5 from Mark after visiting the garage to test drive the Z4 up for sale. After asking about my needs and requirements from the car, Mark suggested I test drive the MX-5 (which I had dismissed up until that point after hearing negative comments from friends). Mark explained why certain models and engine sizes perform better than others and why the 2L MX-5 was not only a good car but that this was in immaculate condition.

I test drove and loved it! Today I rang again, over a year after purchase to ask about an anomaly with the service history that I had noticed. Mark remembered me, the car and the service location! Absolutely hands down 10 out of 10 for customer service and honesty. I had the car over a year and it served me very well, without any problems. Rockvale Motor Company is a family-run business that I'd recommend highly. I recently bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz C250 from Mark and his team, and I'm delighted with it. The car is a rare, well-specced petrol model with only one previous keeper and 15,000 miles. Which is a fantastic find in itself. But it's the way it was prepared for sale, and the friendly, honest manner in which it was sold, that really stand out.

The car was based over three hours away from my home, and Mark took time over several calls and videos to reassure me of its history and condition - to such an extent that I bought it unseen. When I did finally set eyes on it, having been collected from Stockport station, the vehicle was even better than described. As near to immaculate as any six year-old car can be, and fully-serviced - above and beyond what a main dealer would offer.

The entire experience was a simple pleasure, and I'm sure I'll be a return customer - one of countless others that Mark and Rockvale have amassed over the years. Buy with confidence.

Best BMW garage in the world, superb service, excellent choice of cars

An excellent independent BMW garage. Much cheaper than a main dealer, and completely trustworthy. One perfect example of this was my recent service, where I was advised that my front suspension/shocks would need replacing soon, but as it was 5 months from my MOT, they advised leaving it until then to have them done. I dropped my car in for an MOT recently, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they'd cleaned and hoovered it, free of charge. I've never been to a garage where I can expect to have honest and genuine advice, regardless of the financial incentives for the company.
