We purchased our car from Peter. We had a last minute emergency after getting back from a long stay overseas. Peter could not have been more helpful. We sold our car to High Lane Garage yesterday and the whole process was very easy and efficient. On first contact we were welcomed by a very friendly staff member who arranged everything for us, even the collection of our car from Macclesfield. I didn't think anybody would want our car (as it's an 02 reg) but we were offered a very fair price. This was all done without us having to leave the house! Would certainly use High Lane Garage again, highly recommended!

My elderly mother-in-law was recently told by her optician she is no longer able to drive. Sadly, this meant she had to sell her little 12-reg car she had driven since it was new! On recommendation, we took her car to HLG and met Peter. He took time with my mother-in-law and reminisced about her cars over the last 60+ years! Not only do they provide an amazing service but they are genuinely lovely people, who obviously love what they do, and do a fantastic job. I have bought my daughters citroen c1 today, a lovely little first car and have absolute confidence that they have made sure its running well, safe and clean.

If I could give 6 Stars, I would. I was looking for something specific to replace my car. I needed it to be economical, automatic, a good spec. and be able to carry a mobility scooter, should it be necessary. Lo & Behold, I was driving past HLG and there it was, shouting 'Buy Me'. After a warm welcome I was 99.5% certain it was the vehicle for me. Accompanied by my Partner, a test drive confirmed it was going to be my new car.

The deal was done, fair price, good trade-in & a super low-mileage Skoda estate became mine. Peter and all the staff were excellent and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending HLG to anyone.

Peter at the garage has been amazing helping me with my car. I had intermittent shaking of my car. We balanced the wheels, he then offered to take it out for a ride, after 15 minutes it started again. He helped me getting it fixed at the Hillcrest garage next door who could me fit in the same day. He then also sorted me out with a courtesy car which meant I could work the rest of the day. I could pick it up at end of day. This meant I could still see my daughter in Brighton for the bank holiday weekend. Thank you so much Peter!

Brilliant there wasn't any pressure from the first contact right up to collecting the car. I was given lots of time to look over the car I was interested in which was really helpful and was something you don't normally get from a garage. Peter is really friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. The whole process was hassle free, this is the garage to come to when you are looking to buy your next car, I cannot rate them high enough.
