Wrong information provided about previous owners of the car. Found that Service is soon due. Only ended up buying because my partner liked the car. Also didn't want to go back London empty handed. Make sure get all the information in writing before making your journey to them otherwise it will be your words against their words.

I have recently bought a car from here and cannot thank Adam enough Absolutely love my car, and the service was so friendly from the minute they picked up the phone to book me in an appointment to the second I left the car park with my car. The rest of the team was so lovely and welcoming, especially the man with the dark hair (my apologies - I didn't catch his name, but very smiley and chatty!) Adam gave fab advice upon sale. If you are thinking of buying a car definitely go to Parkhills, lots of choice, and very polite, helpful staff. I went to browse and I was left alone to browse no pushy salesperson on the prowl. When I chose a car the salesperson Paul was really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional service I would definitely recommend Parkhills.

Cannot fault Parkhills Car Centre. Buying a car over the phone from a dealership 150 miles away was absolutely daunting. I'm pleased to say that Paul and the team kept me updated every step of the way and the service was fantastic. Paul and Simon provided me with a comprehensive walk around video of the car before viewing and ensured any imperfections were documented (not that there were many).
After travelling from afar Paul kindly picked us up from the nearest train station to the dealership. I collected the car and it was better than the images and video I'd seen. I would absolutely recommend Parkhills Car Centre without hesitation. Thank you you Paul and the team!

Yesterday we travelled 224miles to buy a car from yourselves. When we arrived we were greeted and dealt with straight away, throughout our whole experience we were filled with reassurance and made to feel comfortable constantly. A couple problems arrose, but were dealt with quickly and professionally. Obviously it's always a worry when going to a dealer expecially when driving such a long way, but you were always happy to go above and beyond to resolve anything for us. Thank you again! Amazing - I was looking for a local dealership after bad experiences with national dealers and I couldn't have been happier with the service at Parkhills. We bought a car from Park Hills about 2 weeks ago. We were told if we were not happy with the car we could return it up to 30 days after. We realised two weeks in that the car should have start stop technology. We sent it to their garage who replaced the battery but could not get the start stop to work. They still however claimed there is no fault, despite not being able to get it to work themselves and that should we feel they're wrong, we would need to send it directly to Pergeot to get a second opinion, but at our own cost.
So we said we'll if you can't fix it, then we'd like to return it, to which they said "You can't return unless the product is faulty." which A, was never mentioned at the beginning by the sales rep who told us we could return it simply if we didn't like the drive. And B, it is faulty, the start stop does not work. They also sent us the car with no oil in it, so I doubt it was eve. Serviced before we got it.
All very frustrating swing as we paid almost 300 pound on top of the price for some kind of AA check which never picked up the oil or the start stop. When you buy from a Garage, you pay more than the car is worth because you feel as though you're getting a bit of a warranty and some kind of backing. It's not the case at all with Park Hills and I would advise anyone looking to buy a car from them to either do your own checks, or to be honest- just go somewhere else with your money.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Both Adam and Simon were friendly, attentive staff members that answered any questions I had. Car was well presented and valeted.
