First class service delivered by very professional and expert staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish, the process of buying my new car was fully explained with timescales laid out and maintained. The difficulties of buying a new car in the current environment are well documented. KIA made no false promises and delivered within a week of the original ETA of arrival.
The final touch of class was delivered on the handover. The car was revealed from beneath a cover, with a huge personal signpost thanking us for purchasing a KIA. Thank you all, especially to Mark our Sales Executive. We are delighted with our car.

KIA Dukinfield- From the moment I arrived it was first class service. Reception was sparkling and I was greeted with a wonderful smile, fast check in and a replacement car waiting for me to use, they kept to there promise of having my car ready on time, in fact I received a telephone call and text message to say it was ready early. I bought a couple of cars from Premier many years ago and now have just bought my first new EV from them. Dealt with Ashan who was great throughout, even kept his cool when the IT systems went AWOL when completing the final handover paperwork. I look forward to dealing with him again when the time comes to upgrade.

My experience of buying an ex-demo vehicle from Premier Kia was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. Neil was outstanding from start to finish. I have purchased quite a few cars from dealers and this was a real refreshing experience. At no point was I pressured into making a purchase and each of my many questions were answered accurately and promptly.
The car was delivered all the way to the South East free of charge on a transporter and was as new. The delivery driver talked me through the controls of the car and ensured I was comfortable with the car before leaving. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Premier Kia - Massive thank you to Neil!
