Complete vehicle refurbishment, repairs and bodyswaps are also undertaken on all types of bodywork.Based in Besthorpe, Norfolk, the company was started in 1979 to cater for removal operators, who did not want to invest huge sums of money into new vehicles that spend almost half of their working day standing still and only cover relatively low annual mileages.Vancraft also makes its own luxurious double sleeper cab top pod, which can be fitted instead of the traditional luton head.

Trailers and new chassis are bodied as well as rigid vehicles. The side doors are hung on heavy-duty, waterproof hinges, and all the door handles and rear hinges are made of stainless steel and neatly recessed. The roof is a one-piece fibreglass sheet supported by alloy ribs. Appalling service / ignorance is there idea of customer service Has a job undertaken last year was substandard/ never corrected Offered them a chance to Undertake another job Numerous calls / emails Usual so and so is out of the office he will call you back And then nothing Shameful in todays tough market Once a great brand

Have to say this Business clearly doesn't value new enquiries We had work carried out last year although it was substandard and was never corrected We tried several times by telephone & email to price up another job Met with total ignorance no return call or emails Very poor standards in todays tough market
