I was overjoyed with the excellent customer service and quality of the car that Apple Car Centre Ltd sold to me. In the current situation with buying from a distance due to Covid-19, Ray could not have made this any easier. The process was very hassle free and I felt like I had all the information before going ahead with my purchase. The car was in brilliant condition when it was delivered and Ray even took the time to polish it before unloading it off the trailer. The car came with a full service history, fresh MOT and two keys. I will defiantly be coming here in the future for my next car.

Recently purchased a Ford Fiesta for my daughter. All vehicles are kept inside the showroom. Very friendly professional service. Car went through full garage inspection and valet before pickup and received a brand new m.o.t. Received a 2 year warranty although we upgraded to the 3 year policy. Easy hassle free purchase. I recently purchased a ds3 convertible from apple car centre i had good communication with Ray who kept in contact throughout the lock down of which I had to wait till the time I was able to collect it as I live in Derby, but it was worth the wait. Absolute faultless service from start to finish. From the initial phone call regarding the car I wanted there was great polite communication about potential part exchange and the vehicle details. After some phone calls and reading of reviews I decided too purchase the car without seeing it. Robert ensured that prior to me coming to collect he would get the car MOT'd again and they chucked 2 years of warranty in on top and then the day before travelling down I was informed they had serviced the car again for me even though it was only done a few thousand miles ago.

The showrooms itself is great and well worth a look with the variety of cars. To summarise faultless customer service nothing but honesty start to finish and a non rushed non pushy purchase.
