East Bilney Garage

Took my Dacia in to East Bilney for a service/cam belt change/MOT - I booked in advance with the service reception, the staff there were helpful and polite. I booked a courtesy car as the job was going to take all day. On the day, the drop off was swift and painless, and within 10 minutes I was on my way. Very friendly and fuss-free all round. During the day I received a call from Gavin at the service desk who said that, even though the air filter and fuel filter were not a requirement at this service the team had noticed that the parts should have been replaced at the four year service but had not been. Gavin suggested that the filters ought to be replaced as the service engineer had said they were in dire need of replacement.

I took their advice and asked them to add the filter change to the service. Later that day I received a call stating the car was just getting a final wash. On picking up the car, not only had it been washed but also the carpets and seats had been cleaned too. The payment, car pick up and courtesy car return, again, was fuss-free and before long I was back home. Very satisfied with every aspect of the service at East Bilney.

Good service albeit a little slow while you wait. 90 minutes to fit 4 X new tyres is a little slow even allowing for a tea break. Staff very helpful and friendly though and fairly priced

Great garage I have to drive about 15 miles to get there but we'll worth it. I have been using them for a number of years for repairs and servicing, and will be returning in the future. After a service and MOT they clean your car inside and out.

The staff are always friendly and helpful on arrival and when collecting my car. Would have liked the statement in my service manual explained difficult to read the writing.

Fab service, cambelt etc was due replacement plus service and other bits, saved me literally hundreds compared to my local Renault so the travel was well worth it, provided courtesy car for minimal charge, overall very pleased indeed.

Honest and full of integrity. I travel nearly thirty miles to use this garage for my MOT and servicing and have done since I bought my Megane from them seven years ago. They are efficient friendly and the prices are very fair and considerably cheaper than the Norwich main dealer. I will continue to use them as the experience is so pleasant. On my recent visit my car had some issues which proved to be difficult to diagnose.

They had to order and fit parts one by one to find out if it would cure the fault. I was thinking that the bill would be escalating as the work proceeded. I couldn't believe it when Claire told me that they had cured it with the cheapest part, and that I was not going to be charged for all the time and expense of the other parts, what amazing service, but this is how they operate. I even had a loan car for three days and they only charged me for one. I wish them all the best, and Thank you.
