Amazing service and detailed video from Paul Woodman, he really knows the tech on the cars inside and out. He went above and beyond with a difficult customer like me, even pulling detail techs and always did his best on all aspects. One of the best sales staff members I have ever dealt with BMW across the UK and I buy approved used every couple of years.

Ordered some accessories for my 5 series here and received great customer service from David in the parts team. He was professional, polite and willing to help. Would recommend Lloyd BMW based on this interaction.

Disgusting service from the service desk. The gentleman (if that's what you'd call him) in glasses was rude and abrupt and seemed to get great pleasure in misleading me. Far better service at Preston. Will not be using Blackpool again!

I contacted Lloyd Blackpool BMW after seeing a 5 series I liked on the BMW used car finder, and shortly after I recieved a personalised video so I could see the car in more detail. I decided then to purchase the car, it was easy to sort out the finance etc. and was able to pick the car up in less than 3 weeks! This was a 3hour journey for me to collect the car, and honestly I was not let down.

The car was immaculate, and being my first BMW I was amazed at how professional the service was, from start to finish. The sales man I dealt with was Paul W, who is an asset to Lloyd BMW. I have since emailed him a couple of times with questions, and always get a response and always more than willing to help out. Unfortunately, being 3 hours away I can't take my car to Lloyd for servicing and maintenance but I really wish I could. Thanks again, I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car from Lloyd BMW to go for it!

Take your car to Bowkers not here. Last year we took my wife's BMW back for a safety recall. The vehicle was dropped off with no faults or issues, on collection just before they closed they gave my wife her keys so she headed for the car. When she started the car the dashboard flashed dangerous do not drive. She was informed the bonnet catch was broken and would require replacement along with a list of other faults that had appeared whilst in their hands.

We went back to see the service manager and asked him why the vehicle had been returned with a list of issues he said the catch must of been worn and it was just one of those things. It was visible they had been playing with the bonnet as all the shut lines had been moved but they denied any knowledge of this. We communicated with them returning the car for them to give us an estimate for the faults they made and were told yet another story from the service manager who is not to be trusted.

These people were prepared to let my wife drive home in a car with the bonnet catch broken with no concern or communication through the day. Please never bring your car here one of the worst garage experiences we have ever had.

I dealt with the Janet from the body shop department. It was a pleasure from start to finish. From my initial call, she was professional, friendly and helpful. I received a reasonable quote for a bumper repair and decided to book my car in. The repair was completed to a high standard. Janet bent over backwards to help me in the logistics of getting my car to and from the garage. I will certainly be using Lloyds in future. Thank you.

Ordered a BMW Hybrid Bike from Blackpool BMW dealership. The service was brilliant Chris in parts kept me updated on delivery (only 4 weeks) Came as promised. I absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend them, other bike shops were 10 weeks or more lead time. If you're in the market for an electric bike go straight to these guys.
