Just purchased a car from Fleetwood car centre. The service was excellent and I was given a great trade in price for my old car. I would like to thank Simon who was very helpful, professional and patient with my many enquiries. There was a few advisories came up on the mot and the showroom manager David sorted them all for me. Highly recommend this company.

Great experience buying from these guys. There was no pressure and I was really happy with the part exchange price they gave me. I had a bit of a problem with the car during the warranty period, but they sorted it for me straight away with no problem whatsoever. Will definitely come back to them again in the future. 5 stars!

Bought a Mini cooper from here in November and had it delivered. Only leaving this review here now since the service light has come on and the car is saying it needs brake pads, but I was told the car had a service when I bought it, evidently not! Having spoken to the mechanic i use, he says its common practice for dealers to state they service the car at the point of sale only they haven't actually done any work on it.
So according to my car it was actually last serviced in 2018 which is ridiculous! I'm having it looked at this week which will no doubt confirm they definitely didn't service the car in November and I'm sure proof of service from Fleetwood won't be provided. If you buy a car from here just know it definitely won't get serviced like they state it will!

So after a long process of deciding what I was actually looking for, I was advised to visit by friends as they stated that they have bought several cars from here over the years and have always been pleased with the support they have been given. All staff I met were really helpful but it was Dave E that drew the short straw with regards to helping me find exactly what I wanted, and he was not only patient but was really honest with looking at the various types of car that what suit my needs and not pushing me into spending more than I could afford. I would highly recommend this car centre. Told you I'd give you a mention Dave! Debbie.

Whilst I appreciate you have given your time with a prompt response, I will like to add the following:- - You mention that you returned my vehicle too me at my home, no, if you remember you brought it too the pub where the car broke down (images attached). - You only returned my original vehicle too me under duress, as initially you said too me use your vehicle breakdown cover too bring it back here.
It is a logical explanation however, given the fact and the circumstances we found ourselves in and that we had just bought the vehicle, we felt the onus was on you. - Not at one point did you seem bothered, when I was in tears over the phone, I suppose you wouldn't have having just taken near on 6000 from us for a not fit for purpose vehicle. - I feel as though In my opinion and many others who have given you a 1 star for the shocking customer service, that this decision is justified. - We are still without a V5 logbook for our current vehicle, yes the DVLA have stated that not having a logbook does not stop you from driving it however it stops you from selling it. - After all of this experience buying from you this has made us weary of buying from a dealership. - The MOST upsetting and disappointing FACT of all is that not once have you apologised. Avoid- Avoid- Avoid Not even a one star but had to put that to write review for Fleetwood Car Centre On the 21st August, We purchased a Mini Cooper S from Fleetwood Car Centre. For us this was not an easy decision too make, as we unfortunately do not have pots of money, we can use to purchase another vehicle, so in many ways it had to be right in more ways than one.
When we saw the vehicle, we immediately wanted to buy this as it was a lifelong ambition to own such a vehicle, so we were sold by the decision to buy the Mini Cooper S from Fleetwood Car Centre. On the Saturday of 21st August, we came to pick the vehicle up and complete all relevant paperwork. After a short drive from Fleetwood to Preston our nightmare started to happen.
We were driving along the M55 when suddenly the Engine Management light appeared and then much to our horror the vehicle started to lose all power. We tried but in vain to fix and understand the problem, something did not ring true to us so we decided that based on our current situation we wanted to ask Fleetwood Car Centre for a refund, so subsequently we called and explained our dilemma as we were mortified that a car that had recently had an MOT and Service could behave in such a way after being driven a few miles down the road.
Upon calling Fleetwood Car Centre we explained that we were several miles from home with a faulty car, there response was "use your breakdown cover". Not a sympathetic ear or explanation just "use your breakdown cover"! At this point we were annoyed by the fact that we had been sold a faulty car, several miles from home and that the customer service was shocking!
They suggested that we bring the car back too them in order for them to process a refund, we declined as the engine management light indicated that it could not be driven, but they said we could, again we declined. After much upset and upheaval, they decided that they were going to come and collect the faulty vehicle and return ours to us which we used as part exchange.
Approximately 5 hours from originally purchasing the vehicle Fleetwood Car Centre turned up with ours. Not only have we had the issues with the vehicle, we have had to re-insure, re-tax and contact the DVLA to explain the situation. We are still without a conclusion (V5) after 5 weeks. Think again from using Fleetwood Car Centre.

Quality reliable cars at decent prices. Always a pleasure to buy a car from them. This was our 2nd purchase and am sure not our last. They only sell quality reliable cars so under 3000 isn't their style. The service is polite, helpful and not pushy. After service also excellent as just reported a slight fault on electric window and they sending an auto electrician to our home to fix. Cannot get a better service than that. We highly recommend as does our mechanic. They have good reputation hence our loyalty.

Avoid avoid. They sell me car for 15.000 with new 12months Mot done by they mot station. After 3 weeks I make 300miles message appeared that brake pads are worn but on Mot there was any advisory about brakes. They dont respond to the emails after making trip today by person to them reporting on reception a problem and after that waiting outside 40min nobody was care enough to come to speak to us.
I took my car to the local mechanic to repair this on my own cost. Poor customer service Avoid Avoid there are plenty car dealers much better. If you appreciate your time and money dont bother with them.
