We purchased and collected a new Ford Puma ST Line X on 26/04/2022 via Russ Bury from the Poulton Branch and found it a smooth process from beginning to end, a pleasure dealing with Russ and delighted with the car. I contacted the garage at 10am about purchasing the car and stressed there was an urgency as it was a 17th birthday present for my daughter that day. Within fifteen minutes Russ had contacted me, the deal was done and by three o'clock that afternoon the car was sat on my drive for a very excited daughter. Unbelievable service from a great garage and a great bloke.

My 1st contact with Chris Allen Garages, Fleetwood, was on 20th August 2021. I was interested in a 2017 Mercedes C300 Convertible. I spoke with Ian Penney on the phone. Arranged a time to meet him the same day to see the car. Couple of hours later deal was done. I left a deposit. From start to finish my one and only contact was the superb Ian. His demeanour, sense of humour and professionalism was outstanding!

Spending just 20min with him on the 1st day was as if I had known him all my life. Exactly 1 week later the deal was complete, with my current car gone as PX, finance sorted. Deposit done. Paperwork sorted. On the pick up day he even arranged last minute drive away insurance for me. And within 30min of arriving I was ready to leave with my new purchase.

From our first meeting with Russ Bury in May til we collected our car this morning (5 Aug) we experienced politeness and courtesy. In May Russ explained the car was in production in Spain and would not be available for about 12 weeks he also said he would inform us when it arrived in the UK, this he did. Collected the car this morning and Russ was amazing.

Our last car was 11 years old so getting into a brand new car with all its modern technology and gadgets was quite daunting but Russ spent about 30 mins in the car patiently explaining everything to us. Seen the car on line, went round to see it in the flesh, met the salesman ( with no appointment) and asked him for the keys which he did with no problem, he gave me a quote for mine (which was great) and that was it! The whole thing went great, right from the start, to me picking it up. The salesman assured me that the car I chose was a good choice, and although I didn't test drive it I felt I'd made the right decision after talking with him.

I didn't feel any pressure, the whole thing was very friendly and relaxed and I would highly recommend buying a car from Chris Allen Poulton-le-Fylde. I'm really happy with it and came away with a 6 month warranty and it had a full service and MOT. Thanks guys

Excellent before, during and after sales service! We took delivery of a Ford Puma from the Poulton site and Russ and Chris couldn't have been more helpful. Max in the workshop was also really good with us when we had a query. We will definitely head here again when we are next ready to change our car!
