I bought a VW Transporter from Northway recently, and they've been fantastic throughout the whole process. Very responsive and accommodating. I had the van checked over by a mechanic before purchase, and it's in great order. Northway then had it delivered to me at no extra cost. Very happy to recommend them.

These guys were absolutely fantastic to deal with. We had been let down by removals twice and on our deadline day let down again. I rang these guys and they were really helpful when I inquired about a Luton van. In the end we were helped out anyway and got the removals sorted, but I'll be sure to use this company next time. Fantastic professional place 10/10

Numerous chips in the windscreen not already recorded. Van was dirty making it hard to see any other damage. Was being rushed to inspect the vehicle. Also not told about 150 mile limit when booking. Better off paying an extra 20% at Enterprise, and getting fair wear & tear and unlimited mileage

Bought a WMB Transit van and dealt with Brian all the way through the process. Great communication, always did what he said he was going to do and 3 months into owning it, it hasn't missed a beat. Very positive experience, great van at a very fair price. Thanks Brian and the team who probably helped get the van ready and prepped.

I bought a used van from here which was in great condition. The air conditioning wasn't working great which they fixed without any fuss. Steve and his colleagues are very helpful and I would recommend and use again.

I met Brian Tuxford for a pre arranged van hire today. I can safely say that I have never met a more obnoxious, aggressive and unhelpful business man in my life! He went out of his way to be rude, obstructive and and unwelcoming, to the extent that I decided to take my business elsewhere! I live local to baildon and have a new business venture that means I will be hiring Luton vans on a regular basis and this man, has single handedly forced me to source vehicles outside of mylocal area with his appalling behaviour.

I didn't realise at the time of meeting him that he was a co director of his company and I cannot fathom why a man with his absolute lack of ability to interface with and help his customers is still in business in this day and age! An absolute disgrace! My recommendation, do not hire vehicles from this man! Feel free to apologise for your behaviour Brian!

I recently purchased a Mercedes Vito from Northway Vehicle Sales. Steve and his team were a pleasure to deal with, their customer service and after sales to resolve any problems is first rate. I would highly recommend to anyone and would happily purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

Totally new company to me, normally buy new, needed a 4 pallet Merc fridge van like " yesterday", looked good on Auto Trader, seamed to be exactly what we needed, and looked in really good nick. On arrival, (170 miles ) not disappointed, all the drivers have commented on its condition for a used vehicle, cheers North Way

I have bought a number of Vans from Northway Vehicles over the past 8 years and always find them to provide an excellent service and a vehicle that is checked and in good condition. The after sales is great too, I had a small issue with one of the vans and they rectified it straight away free of charge.

Have just bought my third van from Northway Vehicle Sales - another excellent vehicle. Even though their business suffered a terrible battering in the Boxing Day flooding, I was able to pick up my new van in the first week of January as promised. I find them honest and reliable and a pleasure to deal with. They keep their promises and go out of their way to provide an excellent service.
