All of the new and used cars in stock can be found right here on our website, where you can filter your search by make, model, price (full or monthly), body type, colour, and so many more options available. From there, you can either arrange to visit us in person for a test drive, or arrange a convenient collection date and time - you're just a few steps away from a new car!
Personal Contract Purchase: Payable by 47 payments of 144.00, with a first month payment of 144.32 and an optional final payment of 5,489.39. Cars need to meet minimum emission standards when travelling in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) or the daily charge must be paid. The ULEZ will be enforced based on the declared emissions of the vehicle rather than the age.
We provide a safe and secure environment for you to place a deposit on any of our used cars in order to reserve them. By making a deposit of 99, we will take the car off sale and you'll gain the exclusive opportunity to view and test drive the car from when the deposit is made. The 99 deposit is fully refundable if you decide that the car isn't what you want or not suitable for your needs. We try to have your new car prepped and ready for delivery or collection within 48 hours, but this isn't always possible.

I went to look at some hyundai cars. There were two young ladies who just didn't seemed liked they even wanted to be there. Whilst I did not feel pressured, they weren't very helpful (almost a bit passive aggressive). Limited stock new and used. If this is how they are before you buy something, one only knows how they are going to be if you need some sort of assistance.
Have some pride in your work, Please! Whilst the car seemed lovely, I would buy the same car from another dealer only due to the poor attitude. The place was empty so its not like they were rushed. They were like you can see what features the car has if you read the little leaflet posted next to the car. They are so many car guys/girls out there who could do a better job. These guys are going to loose you sales in the long run.

Went looking around for electric vehicles at the weekend, and after a fruitless search at both Kia and Skoda, went to Wilsons to have a look at the Hyundai Ioniq 5. Without an appointment, we were still able to talk with Mihai Cizmas, who was brilliant. He told us (like the others) that the wait time for new EV's is 9 - 12 months, but that they had one coming in in 2 weeks.
He showed us the demo model, and took us for a test drive and was excellent at explaining the differences in driving an EV as well as the advantages (and disadvantages) of going all electric, and how you have to plan trips very differently. Everything was clear and when we decided to buy, he was great at sorting out the finance, part exchange for our current car, and making sure we knew everything line by line. Highly recommended - I've pretty much used Wilsons for all my vehicles over the years, and as before this was clear and easy thanks to Mihai.

Wilsons Epsom were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Georgia and Martin were very easy to deal with and explained the process clearly from start to finish. Handover was extremely simple. Georgia was also extremely knowledgeable around electric vehicles and Tesla in particular which helped. Would definitely reccomend.

Have dealt with Wilson's for a few years, leasing a Fiat for 3 years and having no issues, we decided to look at electric cars. We had a good browse through the various options available, but settled on the Hyundai Ionic 5. We couldn't speak more highly of the sales representative Mihai who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can't say enough about his attentiveness and great communication. We are so pleased with our new car, and highly recommend it and Wilson's.

I strongly urge everyone who has their vehicle repaired by Wilsons of Epsom to request copies of reports of all work carried out. They carried out suspension work on my vehicle and failed to ensure that the wheel alignment on the vehicle was correct because taking it to their local wheel alignment centre was too much of a hassle for them. As a result my front tyres were ripped to shreds in 2 months prior to the work being carried out to the point that they were in a dangerous condition and could of caused a fatal accident.
They will not admit to not following correct repair methods as they cannot supply any reports to state that the suspension and alignment of the vehicle was checked. They are now refusing to compensate for the supply and fitting of 2 new tyres which I have had to spend and are refusing to deal with my complaint. I think that Spencer Chamberlain, Sales Director at Wilsons, needs to have good hard look at the service levels his dealership puts out and the staff he employs, in particular the Service dept Manager Ben. It has been a disgusting display of how they care about their customers and their safety.

The idea of young team who are there to make sure you leave with a car and smile in your face. There is always room for improvement anywhere you go but in here was much not needed as the team was efficient which their sales. Now I just got the car and I am hoping mechanically it wouldn't let me down. They have promised to look after the car after sale as much as possible.
All the warranty and paper work was in place to give me good feeling that I be looked after even after the sign off the last paper. Young team always has less hidden agendas and they thrive to work with you.

I'd definitely recommend Wilsons Epsom Fiat & Abarth to friends and family because first impressions of the site was superb and the staff were particularly friendly and professional. There was a great choice of vehicles to select from and although I did change my mind 2 or 3 times on which vehicle I was interested in, our sales person was patient and understanding.
There was no sales pressure whatsoever and it would have been easy to walk away without committing to making a purchase. I ended up buying a vehicle I was comfortable and familiar with and even though I was offered a test drive, I declined. I was offered finance but decided to pay cash instead deducting funds for my trade in car. I paid a small deposit and transferred the final amount once I had received a call to inform me my car was ready to collect a few days later. Wilsons took care of my car tax there and then so I was ready to hit the road.
I've since had a phone call asking me if I was completely happy with my purchase which of course I was. Thank you Wilsons for making the whole experience really enjoyable - you have great staff and the environment is obviously a happy place to work.

Just brought my fourth car from Wilson's I've had a Vauxhall Astra Corsa Mokka and just purchased the new Renault Clio S outstanding coustomer service they go above and beyond to make sure you purchase the right car I wouldn't go anywhere else very good service and very friendly staff a big Thankyou to Spencer Jake Thomas and Ayesha (posting in my sons name )

I had a great experience at Wilsons Epsom because Jacob, the salesman was not too pushy. He was informative and patient. helped answer all of our questions. reliable- followed the customer care through to the end, called us to see if all was well once we had purchased the car. only one small gripe- there was a small tool item missing from the tool kit which we informed him about but we are still yet to receive?

The experience at Wilsons Epsom Nissan was fantastic because I felt that Rhys the salesperson cared about what I wanted, he took time out to video my car twice and also gave me a commentary of details of the vehicle. It was a smooth process from start to finish, the dealership is 200 miles from my home but it was worth travelling this distance to do business with a dealership that care about their customers.

They reported on a routine service that my brakes needed attention. When went for a repair that was booked, they said there was not a problem. Meanwhile, some dolt busted my door handle so I asked Wilsons to repair it. They said it would cost over 100. I left the vehicle overnight but several times during the next day I had to phone for a progress report. After 8 hours I was told it was ready - but they should have called me. Found their hourly rate was 105! A lot of money for a poor service.

So I take my year old car in for a service, Fri 1st April 2016. All is going well until the car is returned to me, where I discover the heating control dial is not fully functional - it was on dropping the car off, it was a frosty morning, I had used it absolutely fine. First I was fobbed off with "well its not our fault, that wouldn't be part of the service" - despite me informing them the dial was definitely in a different position when I left the vehicle.
A manager intervened, and was actually marginally useful - the car is under warranty, they can fix it and provide me with a free hire car, when would I like to bring it in - we went for Tuesday 5th April 2016 - all good I think. Take car in at 8am on 5th April only to be informed by a somewhat less than amicable chap that the car had actually been booked in for the following day.
I asked if I should come back - no it'll be fine they said. Only plus to this story - the car rental guy - excellent service - and I drive away in a fiat 500, a car half the size of my usual one - please note you CAN NOT put pets in this vehicle, I have a large dog. Tuesday afternoon I am told the wrong part had been ordered, and the dash board had been stripped out so my car will not be ready until Weds. Weds afternoon I am told it is - a much bigger job than expected, and the dash board needs to be stripped out, er- didn't you do this yesterday? so I could not collect the car. Thurs still not been fixed, voicemail at 4pm, to give yet more lame excuses, and lies, and to tell me once again it is not fixed.
I imagine my car has been pushed down the list of things to do as this is an under warranty job, so I will not be parting with any cash. Its now Friday, as of Midday there is absolutely NO sign of this car being fixed today. I have informed them I am having it back one way or another TODAY, and I will rebook when these so called mechanics DO have the time to fix it. so that I can continue on my life ( dog training, agility classes, long country walks) without the limitation of having a car I can not put a dog in.
I am literally gobsmacked by the lack of customer service, lies, and pathetic excuses I have been given by this garage, they have had the car 4 days now, for a 1 day job and its still not fixed! They want "customers for life" not bloddy likely.

Worst customer service in the world. Will never ever purchase another car from this company! Had an issue with my gear box, which I had to prove to the technician by driving it around with him in. It was then sent to an outside company called Waterfalls who then scratched my car up and couldn't find a fault. I then had to fight to get the scratches fixed by Wilson and it's now taken 3 attempts.
Issue with the gear box is now being classed as a common fault and they are refusing to do anything about it. I'm now having to take it to BMW myself to get them to find the fault before wilsons will fix it because of it being labour intensive. I'd imagine I'll have another argument on my hands when I have proof of the fault. Communication is a joke, with either not being rung back or being told different things by different people including that my car was ready when two days later it still wasn't. Avoid at all costs.
