Alan at J A Autos was very friendly and gave me a great service with great communication, he kept me up to date on everything that was happening with the purchase of my car and stayed true to his words of what services he was offering with the vehicle, I have to say this was the best used car experience I've had and would certainly do business with Alan in the future. Highly recommended. I was a bit anxious to be fair due to my own experiences with cars. But Alan was superb he was very kind, helpful, understanding and most of all trustworthy. I explained my situation to Alan and we started a little journey and every step Alan was there. Even down to helping me find delivery and it's a 5hour drive. I don't usually write reviews, but it is my absolute pleasure to write this one but 5 stars doesn't do it justice. My sincere thanks and gratitude goes to Alan for a refreshing, pain free and truly pleasant experience in purchasing my lovely new Mini Countryman from start to finish, thank you so much Alan. Others would do well learning from you. Alan is not your usual car dealer, in fact it's an insult to call him so.
In the last week he has shown himself to be a friend who has your best interests at heart. He is open, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. You are given 100% personal attention, nothing is too much trouble (I'm sure I tested him with my many emails, sorry Alan!), and he shows such attention to detail, keeps his word and doesn't forget anything that he has promised.oh, and did I forgot to mention how stunning the car is too!?
It was handed over in pristine condition and has turned a few heads! If you are looking for a car, PLEASE look no further as you will not find better than JA Autos, or be treated with such courtesy and respected as a valued customer. I intend to keep my lovey Countryman forever, but if I ever have need to replace it, Alan at JA Autos will definitely be getting my call. Thank you Alan for restoring my faith - my only regret is that I didn't find you years ago.
