Been looking for a car for a while, spoke to quite a few dealers and was put off each time after the conversation. Today, I came across a car from DC Automobiles and spoke to Rob. I've reserved the car but the fact I haven't finalised the purchase or even seen the car in-person (currently isolating with Covid), and yet I'm writing this review should say a lot about the kindness and professionalism shown on the phone. My 19 year old son recently sold his first car & took it upon himself to search for a new car, finding a beautiful Mercedes' A Class with DC automobiles. I took him there to collect the car yesterday - the service he/we received was outstanding. They matched a slightly lower price we received elsewhere, & organised the finance at a very good rate.
They insisted on servicing the car, and making sure it had its first MOT done for its collection (even though it wasn't due yet)! I'm not normally one for writing reviews - however the service was so outstanding that I couldn't not! I will certainly go to them for my next car purchase. They took the stress out of a stressful situation.

Recently purchased my Volkswagen Up GTI from DC automobiles and I cannot recommend Lorraine and Rob highly enough. After searching for a while to find an Up GTI with the all the spec I wanted, I knew this would be the one, and it was! The whole process from the first viewing right up until picking it up and paying was seamless, no pressure selling whatsoever; they even held the car until I was ready to collect it. If you are looking for a high quality used car with exemplary customer service then DC automobiles is the place to go!

After confirming the car I was interested in was still in stock I arranged a viewing and test drive. The staff members were all very friendly and polite and answered all questions I had. After viewing the car and taking it on a test drive we agreed a date for me to pick it up. On the day of collection I was picked up after getting the train and was driven to the dealership.
The car was given a fresh MOT and even had some fuel put in. The car was spotless and everything was done with the upmost professionalism. Thank you very much DC Automobiles! I would highly recommend this dealership and all members of staff.

We purchased a GLA from DC automobile and the whole process was made very simple from the initial reservation to having the car delivered up north. My first contact was with Rob and I must say he is very calm, reassuring and knowledgeable. In fact the whole team including Lorraine and Darrin are brilliant in what they do. When buying a used car everyone's major concern is that the after sales service is probably not as good once the sale is done but this is where DC Automobile really exceeded my expectations.
Their after sales service from my personal experience is far better than the main dealers. I would recommend them without any hesitation purely based on their after sales service. This company has absolutely amazing service. Everyone I had contact with were so friendly, and went above and beyond to get me my new car ASAP after I had a crash, while still managing to get a service and MOT from an actual Toyota garage. Additionally, they have really solid procedures in place around covid - everything documented and explained nicely, offering free delivery too, with a free return period if you don't like it. Completely professional, and everything done properly. And for the first time buying a car, they sold it to me with petrol in!

I have just Brought a car in a pandemic, never purchased a car in this manner. But Lorraine/ DC Automobiles service was 5 star very organised and advice was great Rob was also very accommodating great picture and video so I could look the car over thoroughly Car was delivered to my door great service Just taken my Porsche Cayenne for a motorway drive I'm loving it interior is fantastic Great job DC Automobiles
