I found I had a puncture on a Seat Leon late this afternoon and pulled up roadside. Guy from GVC noticed and asked me to pull in and said they would sort it out which they did and I continued my journey to Kent. Thank you guys, you made my weekend

GVC Van's is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. I went to there premises to look at a van to buy. I found the sales staff very helpful and they listened to what my needs were. I was shown several vans and was left to look around them without the staff standing over you which I found refreshing. I had a lot of questions about the vehicles I was shown and all of those questions were answered in detail.

The staff certainly know the vehicles they are selling and were very professional and polite when dealing with me and my wife. I found the van I wanted and put a deposit down on it. Within a week I was called to say the van was ready and they delivered my van to my home address with no extra cost. The van arrived on time and it was absolutely spotless with the extras I wanted all done. I would highly recommend GVC Van's to anyone looking for a good reliable and professional dealership who conducted themselves to extremely high quality and standards.

Very good service and got to choose the body kit styling. Couldn't ask for better service really pleased with the van would definitely use GVC again and highly recommend James and the team.

Fantastic service from this company who made the purchase of my new van very straightforward, served me breakfast and coffee while waiting, after purchase I noticed a minor scratch on the bumper and I contacted them the next day and they sorted it 2 days later at no cost to me, truly a fantastic experience and all staff very polite and courteous, if ever I need another van in the future I would have absolutely no hesitation in using this company again. Absolutely outstanding level of service. James the sales manager could not do enough to make your purchase go with ease. Providing detailed knowledge to help you make the right purchase and support you where required. The van was prepared and ready for collection with impeccable standards. Good value for money. The service was warm and friendly with no level of intimidation and as a female in what feels a predominantly male environment this was especially nice and reflects well against other dealers I dealt with. Just bought transit custom van from GVC. Strange experience due to COVID-19 restrictions. Nevertheless James at GVC was great. Drove up from South Coast at 3pm and bought the van then and there. I bought my Van here based solely on the fact that I drive past them on the way to work and I was in the market for a Ford and wanted to shop local. From the moment I went in there they couldn't do enough for me, they gave me tips and pointers and said what they had in stock. I wanted an auto and they said the moment they had one in the colour I wanted they'd come to me.

Which they did in good time, helped me with the finance and getting the van specked out was exactly what I wanted - so happy with my van and she drives like a dream and is very good on fuel and didn't break the bank on purchase price. I can't recommend these guys enough and it's always good to shop local, thanks to James, Dan and the team. I'd deffo go back there, it's this kind of garage where you feel they can't do enough for you that you want to buy your vehicle from.

Bought a transit connect van, which was immaculate and also serviced and MOT'd prior to collection. James made the finance and purchase easy and stress free. Would not hesitate to return for future purchases.

From the first contact via email to the various phone calls I received excellent service. the van was just as descripted. Delivered on the day stated, fully serviced and ready to go, GVC vans even changed the brake pads because they was at 70% wear on them. I strongly recommend them as the van match the description and photos, very happy white van driver.
