I bought a car from WHM Co. And must say that Gavin is an honest and courteous man to deal with. The car is 13 years old and had been standing for a while so no surprise that there have been a few teething problems. The after sale service I have received has been outstanding. The best in the area for car servicing, repairs and MOTs. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. Any extra work that is required is fully explained and the mechanics will help you prioritise if necessary. I have been coming here for a few years now. I won't go anywhere else.

Operating illegally during lockdown by offering viewings and test drives and therefore allowing customers on premises for these purposes. This is strictly not allowed. Should be click and collect or delivery only. I know this for a fact that this has been going on throughout lockdown. This dealership thinks it's above the law so god only knows what else they are hiding or doing. Avoid!

Opening for business as usual as if rules don't apply during lockdown-SHAME ON YOU! I know that you allowed a certain customer to view a car despite the fact that's strictly against the law-CLICK AND COLLECT OR DELIVERY ONLY! Will be reporting to the authorities and it makes you wonder if anything else shady goes on here! Avoid.

They have looked after my 3 Mercedes GL's for several years. always a fantastic service. On one occasion they even found an intermittent electrical fault - traced to water leaking onto a connector - fixed the leak and charged me for parts 0.75 for the connector, plus a couple of hour Labour.

Had a really busy day planned but also had to get an MOT and servicing for my car so I checked in to West HORSLEY Garage. I explained my complicated day and asked if it was at all possible if I could get my car back as soon as practicable. Even though they were very busy they said they would see what they could do. Just after 2pm I received a call saying the car was ready! I heartily recommend this garage for the friendliness of staff and their skill and professionalism. Truly a pleasure to work with.
