I purchased a Lotus Elise Final Edition from B&C and liaised with Jamie who helped me through the whole buying process and kept me updated on my build throughout - he was excellent to deal with and no question was left unanswered. They are such a friendly team! The thing that struck me most was how special I was made to feel to join the Lotus family, I felt appreciated and looked after with their par-excellent service.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bell and Colvill and if you want to go to a dealership where you are going to be made to feel valued and appreciated with service that's akin to a begone era then do pay them a visit.

Upon my initial enquiry to delivery of the car I experienced nothing less than professionalism and excellent customer service. Nothing was too much hard work and the knowledge that the team at Bell & Colvill possessed on the car I was looking at was simply second to none. I was lucky enough to be put in the safe hands of Jamie the dales director his self who looked after me from start to finish.
He made sure I had all the information every step of the way from a fantastic video appraisal of the car to the in depth test drive all the way to some courtesy calls after I had taken delivery of the car to make sure I was happy. The dealership and Jamie worked with me to make sure I was fully happy with the package helped with some additional add on's without taking me out of my budget.
If you are considering a car that Bell & Colvill supplies such as a McLaren, Lotus or Morgan then dont look any further than these guys - i myself travelled 4 hours to work with them and was worth every minute of the travel. A solid 11 out of 10!

Bell & Colvill have looked after my Lotus Exige over the last two years of ownership and have always provided an exceptionally professional & friendly level of service. Very pleased with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team for the purchase of a new car or servicing of your existing car.

When we drove in to the car park we were greeted by a very grumpy man (tall with light hair) who complained about our choice of parking space and asked us to move. We were told "we are closing in ten minutes" and then asked if we were here to see some Lotus! After that ridiculous question no help was offered. We are lotus owners and had brought a friend who was keen to have a look.
The "blonde man" then said "I thought you were a customer?", obviously he was waiting for someone else. Well, now we are not customers. One of our party is a dealership owner who will use this experience as a training exercise, while another in our party is in regular contact with senior management at Lotus cars and will be reporting this negative experience.

We have just part exchanged our 2019 Subaru Forester 2.0 XE Premium and collected a beautiful new Subaru Forester 2.0 XE Premium model. We attended a recent test drive event, to which we were warmly greeted by Jamie (Sales Director), who was very professional/courteous and absolutely no "hard sell" whatsoever, was placed upon us when we first visited the showroom during said event!).
Following an introduction, Jamie then handed us over to Carl Wallis (Subaru "expert"), before we test drove the new Forester 2.0 SE Premium. We instantly felt very at ease and with no pressure as to how long we took for our test drive. The service we received from Carl Wallis, was both superb and very professional Right from the start of our showing an interest to purchase, Carl meticulously explained everything to us and his outstanding level of customer service was equally professional when we went to collect our new car today.
Once again, Carl concisely went through all the paperwork, car technology etc, thereafter giving us peace of mind that should we need to contact him with anything we're unsure about, he would be more than happy to assist us. The "Icing on the Cake" came when we were shown to our new Forester and we opened the tailgate, as inside there was a most beautiful bouquet of flowers!
We would most definitely recommend Bell and Colvill (Horsley) Ltd, for peace of mind, no pressure to achieve a sale and calmly/concisely going through all paperwork etc, both at point of sale and when collecting our new vehicle. It only remains for us to express our most grateful thanks to Jamie, Carl and of course Lucy in reception, for making this a truly wonderful purchasing experience.

My experience with Bell & Covile Dealership and Aftersales decisions has been truly enjoyable. The sales team, lead by Sales Director Jamie Matthews has been unparalleled by anything else I have experienced so far (purchasing GT Porsches or the likes).
