Sadly this garage needs to improve in two key areas; order the correct parts that are required for the Ford model they are working on, and second charge the original labor costs they have quoted for. Especially when the labor costs rise as a result of their negligence. If you require your vehicle to be repaired in a timely manner, such as being a health or social care worker, do not take it here.

Terrible. Had a Fiesta which failed MOT on emissions. Told them that I put diesel cleaner in and drove it hard. Their idea of a fix was to put Diesel Magic in it and drive it hard. They ran a symptom check and found it could be a lambda sensor. Took the car back and the oil light was on and the empty Diesel Magic bottle in the passenger footwell. So basically worse than when we took it there and we paid 120. These companies should not be permitted to trade as experts.

Utterly blown away by the service from this garage! Jackie, Ian, and the whole team are a delight to deal with and they really care about the customer. You get genuine help and advice from them and your car is in safe hands. If it needs fixing you'll be told why, but best still if it doesn't need fixing yet you'll also be told why but be left with all relevant info.

The car also came back valeted inside and out. The family barge and any future RS/Cosworth car that I may buy will definitely be coming to Bicester Motor Company. Absolutely A1!

I took my car in due to a warning light that the tyre sensor was not working. They charged me to replace one of them but the warning light came back on. I took it back, they looked it over and the receptionist told me that the engineer had 'poked' around in the wheels it all looks ok. She told me it could have been due to a pot hole or a speed bump.

Surely the car is made to go over speed bumps? They only reset the warning light and it came back on with in minutes. Since she did not look me in the eye when speaking to me or ask me to come back if there is a problem I felt I am not welcome back. I compare this attitude after watching her speak to the customer before me in a totally different manner. The gentleman at Halfords used a sensor on all the wheels, located the issue and has kindly booked me.

Put car in for its 1st mot plus a couple of odds and sods including a problem with the automated wipers, they didn't recognise the difference between light and heavy rain!? I have been trying to get this sorted for 2 yrs and finally Andy sorted it by re locating the sensor! Very happy Steve G

Outstanding service. Jackie went out of her way to pick up our car and deliver it back to us, so we could get our MOT done on time and weren't inconvenienced by covid staff absences. Generous and friendly service. Much appreciated.

Honesty is the best policy in my eyes and it's a big tick in my box. I come here every year for service, I was told in my last mot from eagles my brakes are worn, took it to fords in Bicester and was told I can't rob you as your brakes are fine, that means a lot as I have twins and saving money is a key. Thank you fords 5s very friendly and polite and a big thumbs up
