I Would highly recommend Merrit & Co Solicitors in Yarm, especially to first time buyers. The whole process went smoothly without any problems. Very easy to contact with questions etc. My house purchase was dealt by Jessica Roberts and her team and I personally couldn't fault the service with the house purchase. Was kept informed with all updates and any query was dealt with extremely fast and efficiently. Even though there was a chain involved, I have managed to get into my first house within three months of making the offer on the house. Brilliant service!
