Most unprofessional staff, I had two bookings for service for our company car. Both times, after confirmation on the evening before the booking, when I arrived in the morning whit the car at Mercedes Aylesbury they say, actually they don't have the time to take the car as they are very busy, after waiting for weeks, confirming one day before that we will go for the appointment, they say they actually don't have time, maybe we should to rebook ( probably rebook after a week or two, for nothing again), very ruth staff, they don't care about your time, your business, nothing.

We use our cars to travel in Europe, for us to have the cars well done whit service done on time is very important, not to say they charged a fortune for the service, but we thought, things should be done professional. Worst experience ever, they don't care about their clients.

Just got around to writing a review after having collected my new car months ago. However, wanted to say thank you to Louis and his team for a fantastic buying experience, even though the whole motor trade are struggling to get new vehicles and to provide service. I ALMOST got what i ordered, but the way that Louis dealt with the shortfalls was so professional and empathetic I almost didn't care. Well done guys.

Staff are very polite and helpful although yet again the disabled convenience is disabled and all it takes is a bit of thought to sort it. Don't put bins where you need to put yr wheelchair so as to transfer to toilet, and why put a bolt behind a handle?

They fixed the engine management light problem linked to injectors, where everyone else tried and failed. Worth using dealer even if slightly expensive it will save you in the long run that's from my experience!

Well I had to take one star, for the way parts department is treated. Most dealerships treat parts department as necessary evil. Not only that department is not in main area, the entrance in in the side of the building obstructed by van and some cones, so I didn't even see it. I received nothing but best service from the chaps in parts, despite the very bad equipment they are provided, computer on back counter was not even working, printer they need to use bearly printed, and it's a fault of management in that dealership.

So the only reason I give this place 4 stars is because of man in parts department, they are the back bone of any dealership, and are treated the worst. I can't say how I would be dealt with in other departments but I'm sure it will be to the best of their abilities, but the optics they show by sending all customers to the back of the building, that want to purchase parts, is that they are unwelcome. Edit.

I need to ad this as I'm there quite often leytly, as much as they sort out the printer in parts, still every time I need something, the parts advisor still has to go back inside and look on his computer then come out shoe me printout if that's what I want. It not parts fault, I can't understand that such a big company can't put a computer on a parts counter, even better if they could pu a monitor on the wall as an extra sp that customer could stand away from the adviso and look on separate monitor while they both look for what is required, 24inch monitor is 100 pounds, they spend more on a desk chairs for showroom staff.

And service, I went in to ask and maybe book my car in for small service, but as soon as advisor heard my wehicle was old they lost interest, they were polite but talk to me in a way that I decided to go somware else.

Bought my car from here. The Service was exceptional. from getting the finance side sorted, answering any questions (no matter how silly they seemed) to making sure the car was ready on time to collect. They knew I was coming in from London and tried to help as best as they could with some complimentaries too. Overall the staff there are so polite and welcoming. Hats off to Abdul, who looked after me from the start.

It didn't just stop at the sales process. Even after there was a few minor issues that I noticed on the car which he went out of his way and sorted out swiftly. When I went back in again more great customer service. Also want to give a mention to Ashley and Scott. Who helped out along with Abdul.

Something that happened to me recently at Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury I did not expect in my life. I was planning to buy a Mercedes Vito with registration numbers KE66DCF. The market value of the vehicle is around 11k net. The price at Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury was 13995 net. Everything would be great, the price was higher because the purchase at the dealer, but after visit the expert (which I paid), it turned out that the vehicle had a serious accident in the past.

I understand that lockdown has blocked sales in every industry, but to try to cheat and sell at all costs something that is not worth half the price I have been asked is a scandal. Brand shame. I have always considered a Mercedes to be a premium class, now I am not going to buy a new or used vehicle here. I can understand everything, but he will never forgive deceptions and lies. I warn everyone against shopping in this place. We have made an overview of the used vehicles sold there. Most of them had bodywork and paint parts repaired.
