We have had quite the car buying journey this year which Adams have helped us with. We had wanted to buy a car from Adams in September but unfortunately it sold to someone else that day. We went for option B via Autotrader from another dealer. This car turned out to be faulty and dangerous. We took it to Adams who did a full report on it with their Master Tech.
You have a right to reject a car with a pre-existing fault within 30 days of purchase. We did that and still haven't got our money back. We ended up deciding to part exchange the faulty car with Adams for one of their second hand vehicles. Adams has been professional throughout the whole transaction and have been incredibly supportive through a very difficult time.
Every member of staff that we dealt with from the Techs to FOH staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They did (and do) go above and beyond and we are confident in our dealings with them as car professionals. After 27 years of driving, this has been a huge lesson for me in seeing the difference a main dealer can bring, especially with this team. Thank you John, Matthew, Paul and Sue

We have just bought a brand new top of the range Subaru Outback from Adams Brothers in Aylesbury in part exchange for our previous Outback, now nearly seven years old but running really well. It is the fourth Subaru that we've obtained from them and the fourth time that we've done so through the services of Mathew Axford their principle sales exec and John Cawston, his manager.

Outstanding! I had been looking for a really clean late spec Forester XT for the last 4 or 5 months, had seen many, and become jaded travelling to see "mint" and "immaculate" examples that weren't as described. Dealing with Matthew at Adams Brothers was refreshing. The vehicle was very clean and exactly as described. I'm mechanically adept and fussy when buying cars.
Before travelling I asked for detailed photos, including the underside - Matthew obliged and nothing was too much trouble with him patiently answering all of my questions. It was a pleasure to meet him (and the rest of the team) and he was obviously very enthusiastic and knowledgeable regarding Subaru. The price wasn't negotiable which reflects the very strong/rising used car market post covid but I asked for Adams to cover the Service and upcoming MOT, plus a few spec changes to the vehicle, which they graciously agreed to. I'd have every confidence buying another car from Adams Brothers and found Matthew honest, fair, personable and a pleasure to deal with.

The customer service at Adams Brothers was exceptional! They went above and beyond & made the whole process of purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past but they have restored my faith and so I will only be using them in the future. The car was immaculate as was their service. Adam's also repaired my son's car which had been purchased from another car dealership. They arranged for the recovery and their technicians did an incredible job, they took care of everything. I can't recommend them enough. 5 stars!

Probably the best car dealer I have dealt with so far. Not pushy and answered all the questions I had. I was confident enough to buy the car even without looking at it. The car was mint as it could be and I had it over a month and it's been great. Car turned out a have slow puncture on the drive home after buying and Adams offered to pay for that tyre. Thanks to John for making things simple. Will be back to buy the next car from here.

See a car I liked it Adams while visiting parents in Aylesbury, I remember Adams being there when I was a child so had a good name, had a quick look and Mathew came out and to see if I needed any help, not pushy one little bit which was great as most car sales people are, went home checked reviews not there own but trust pilot, google, great reviews unlike most I looked at, didn't realise there was so many dodgy ones about, anyway booked a test drive gave car a good look over and was spot on, picked car up few days later, it looked great inside and out so ten out of ten to Mathew and john for a great experience cheers guys

Terrible customer service from here. Took our Mitsubishi here for a service, was told it would be a couple of hours but it turned into most of the day. I was left hanging around with a restless toddler. If I'd been told it would be most of the day I could have gone home rather than hand around needlessly.

I have bought one car and once enquired about a second car. Service was very good, good range of cars, good advice and friendly service. More customer oriented than some other dealerships I have been to. The post purchase car services were not as expert as I would have liked for a dedicated dealership, but things have probably changed since I used them. But for a buying experience, I would happily recommend the garage as useful visit if you happen to be interested in their range of cars.
