I never went to view the vehicle but I was clearly in very safe hands. Shaun was extremely informative and explained how the handover would take place. We love the car. Its is exactly as what we envisaged and more. With regards to Mark who delivered our new vehicle, we'll what an absolute gentleman. An incredibly nice man who couldn't speak highly enough of PR Car Sales. Job well done and if I'm ever in the area will be popping in for a coffee to shake their hands. Will definitely buy again.

I just collected my new (used) car from PR Car sales and can't thank them enough for their care and service. Their knowledge, the quality of the car and their straightforward and relaxed approach impressed me and made me feel at ease. Both Phil and Shaun were polite and friendly and not once did I feel "sold" to. They patiently answered all my questions and made the choosing and buying process easy. Shaun was even unfazed when I got emotional saying goodbye to my old car. I hope that my new car lives on forever, but when I am again in the market for a car I will certainly come back to PR. Test drove a car on Friday after speaking to Sasha the day before about my car and part exchanging it etc. It was my first time test driving a car and Sasha came with me and made me feel really at ease. I paid my deposit on the car and picked up the car the following Wednesday. Such a nice garage and not pushy at all like some other garages. Also the 6 month warranty is great considering most are only 3! Thanks again and I'll defo be back when the time comes for a new car.

Fantastic buying experience and fantastic day out I found the car of my dreams on line at PR car sales, contacted PR car sales and spoke to Sasha on the phone and from the first phone call to when I left the showroom with my new car the level of care, friendliness and professionalism was excellent. I met Sasha and Phil both when I went to view the car and buy it, they both had very good knowledge of cars and both are a credit to the motor trade. Buying a used car from PR car sales was the best car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years. Amazing. Is all i can say. I have been looking for a new car and I found it. I was gutted when someone else put a deposit on it. However Sasha was amazing advising me the next day that the person doesn't want it, so got in touch with me and made it as smooth as possible to get the car. It was originally due to be delivered on a Monday however that wasn't convenient for me so Sasha made it possible to be delivered to Plymouth on a weekend.
Mark was fantastic very friendly and great to talk to very helpful. Received the car in great condition very very happy and couldn't have asked for a better dealership. Highly recommend. Thank you again.
