I did not attend the dealership due to being a couple of hours away. I found a car I loved online and made an enquiry and from that moment on, it was such a smooth and efficient service from start to finish. The process was explained and everything sent to me for signing quickly once finance was in place. A video of the car which I requested was sent to me and any questions I had about the car were answered.
Today my car arrived after it being delivered to me. It's immaculate, exactly as described and I couldn't be happier. Tony Pollard was my sales consultant and I cannot fault anything regarding his service. I would highly recommend. Frosts serviced my last car for very many years and when it came to replacing it I was determined to visit Frosts because I had always found their service entirely satisfactory. In addition my wife and I had been impressed by the selection of second-hand vehicles at Shoreham. We had seen a potential replacement on line and it was there when we visited.
We were helped by Dino who was very helpful in guiding us through the whole choice and purchase process. The service we received was very good and frankly what I was expecting. I would recommend Frosts with confidence to anybody.

Frosts replaced my rear brake discs and pads for a good price, and even collected and dropped back my car from my place of work. Can't fault the communication, service and work. A nice unexpected touch was that the car had been vacuumed inside when it was returned to me. Will recommend this place, and certainly will use them again in the future.

Took my car for its mot and they were really professional and quick. They quoted it would be done by 12:30 and I received my call at 10am that it was done after dropping it off at 8am. Definitely will go again and 10/10 would recommend! I booked through bookmygarage.com and I got my mot done for 29.95!

Dino provided a first class service and experience in purchasing our new Jeep and part exchanging our old car.
