My dealings with the PDH reception team led by Savannah last week were exceptional nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail fantastic. I'd recommend PDH Cars Sussex Ltd because the salesman, Joshua, went out of his way to make my purchase a pleasurable experience. There was no pressure but he explained all the options and suggested I have a good test drive to try the car out properly. He kept in touch throughout the process and I would certainly return to PDH Cars even though it isn't my nearest Fiat dealership. When Joshua was on holiday his manager answered my questions and again was very helpful.

Just brought a nice second hand car from here, where the sales guys - Jeremy and Andrew were just lovely. So friendly, helpful and felt very relaxed when trying out many cars! Happy with my purchase. All handled extremely smoothly and no hassles. Was sad to say good-bye to them as so nice. Would recommend and use them again. Even though Hassocks was a half hour drive from me, it was worth it.

Joshua at PDH was an absolute DREAM and I now officially own my DREAM CAR. The serviced I received could not have been better and he really did make this day so so special for me. I have just come home from the most amazing experience from start to finish with Joshua. I first put in my request and got a call straight away from the switchboard who then said someone from PDH Hassocks would be in touch, within 20 minutes of that call, I got a call from Joshua, whom answered all my initial questions, requests etc and we set up an appointment for a test drive.
When we first arrived - a friendly colleague in the car park greeted us and then we were introduced to Joshua. Joshua took his time to show all cars on offer on the forecourt and informed us that we could test drive any models we were interested in to get the best feel for what we wanted to buy, after the test drive he sat us down for about 45 minutes to explain and offer different quotes, scenarios.
From start to finish, he never pushed me to spend more and strived to fit within my budget. He kept it very professional but light hearted and I really appreciated that approach. Joshua made sure we were completely in the loop and informed with all the T&Cs and left us on our own time to make our own decision - again, no pushing, only supporting. In the end, I have driven away with my dream car, within my budget - a very happy Christmas. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy - but please make sure you ask for Joshua! I bought a new Fiat 500 from PDH Cars in Apr 2011. In the first month it broke down twice and was off the road for 18 days. Despite asking PDH Cars to tell me in writing what went wrong with car and what was done to fix it they have refused to do so. Even Fiat customer services and the finance company cannot get the garage to tell me what happened.
I am still waiting for resolution some 3 months later. I have never had the experience where a garage says it does work to a car, but will not tell you what they did. PDH Cars are the worst car dealer I have ever come across and I wish had never stepped foot into their dealership.
