Well, I took my 4yr old Dacia duster in for mot and service and I don't know what wizardry they've performed but it came back clean and it's doing about 10miles per gallon more on my usual 400 mile Sunday drive to visit relatives! Absolutely bowled over with the results and really friendly and helpful too!

Partner bought a used car from another dealer with a couple of faults and after a lot of excuses, different diagnoses and no results came to this dealer, made to feel welcome and parts put on order straight away. Hopefully soon issues will be resolved by knowledgeable dealer. Update car issues resolved, huge thumbs up!

I have had some terrible dealing with direct car dealerships but this was totally different. Steve was amazing, he was recommended to me and he didn't let me down. I told him exactly what I needed and he showed me exactly what I needed! Due to isolation I couldn't get my car but they delivered it to me and made sure I got it even though I was housebound. Just goes to show how customer focused focused Steve and the team are! Great team, great car, happy me

Outstanding service from James in the service team and Carl the dealer principal. Kept updated every step of the way whilst our car was being repaired. Very happy with the work that was carried out and will be using Richard Sanders Kettering for all future work on my Renault it really was customer service on another level!
