Absolutely dreadful. Twice I have used Forest Gate to diagnose problems with my Vauxhall's and twice I have been left with a huge bill and an unsatisfactory solution. In 2017 they totally stripped the engine on my Insignia before telling me they couldn't repair it. 900 spent and the engine left in bits. Fast forward to 2022 and I take my Mokka in to get the parking sensors repaired, 90 diagnosis quickly escalated to 318 to take the bumper off, then they couldn't get the 129 sensors for five days so it either stays in the garage waiting for the part or I can have it back but it's another 220 to take the bumper off again. Whilst this is all going on they said I also need a coolant casing or was it a water pump, they weren't sure but probably both, total bill 1100!
The end result? I took the car back and in exactly the same condition as I took it in but 318 lighter. Thanks again Forest Gate, you really are the worst garage I have ever used.

Oh dear. Took my car in for a service and MOT. When I dropped it off I was told it would we cleaned and valeted. When I picked it up, neither had been done. Also, the door seal that I had asked them to re-attach was held with tape, apparently, I was told when I went back, until the bond had set, but they had forgotten to remove it. Not very good 4/10

Had a service with them in October and according to their traffic light system for the health of parts, my wheel bearings were green, which obviously signals they are in good working order.4 weeks on, whirring sound begins and I needed a new near side bearing. Obviously fitted at a different garage!

Had 2 attempts asking them to source me a used Kuga.did not happen.to be fair I told them I was going elsewhere when they told would do some research on Monday after I went in on Saturday;the second time I was told the same thing I pulled the plug. Another Ford dealer I went to the same day. sourced nw a Kuga within 3 hours. I pick it up next week
