Outstanding service! Very helpful and friendly staff. Went out of their way to help with our purchase (as it should be). They helped with the part exchange of our old car and with tax with the new one. Aftercare was beyond what was expected, our car had a problem shortly after purchase but was picked up (and courtesy car provided), fixed and returned swiftly. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I wanted to buy a new Skoda car for the charity I work for, and I chose ALS Lock because I was less than happy with our local Skoda dealer. The whole process was completed in a polite, professional manner. They beat the best price I'd negotiated before approaching them, they were honest and up-front about the deal throughout. The sales team were friendly and helpful.
The dealership itself was a pleasant surprise, in the village high street with a couple of very old-fashioned petrol pumps hanging over the pavement. Inside the garage, pride of place goes to a lovely 1970 Skoda 110 coupe, a real rarity in this country. Our car was all in order, and the paperwork completed accurately and quickly. I'd certainly consider using this garage again or recommend it to friends and colleagues.
