I'd definitely recommend Sinclair Direct because I've always had good service from them, good cars and on the one occasion when something has gone wrong, they step up and sort things out. I usually deal with Tom on the sales side, great guy, honest and happy to help. Had a good experience from start to finish again with my recent purchase. My wife and I never go anywhere else for our cars

We had help from Adrian at Sinclair Direct to buy our new used car, he made a very helpful video for us as we were in Scotland and too faraway to view it. I think we got a great car at a fair price. It did have a couple of issues but these were fixed with no problems. I found everyone I talked to very helpful and I cant rate these guys high enough. David

I'd recommend Sinclair Direct because they were very good on price and made the experience of purchasing a car very straightforward. They listened to what I said clearly and didn't follow the usual salesperson tactics I've experienced when purchasing several cars from other dealerships in the past. This meant I only spent my money on only what I was very clear and satisfied with.
The car was handed over immaculately clean and the tyres had been replaced despite having several mm of tread left. I had a very pleasurable experience and I drove away very happy.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Tom H was a gent throughout and settled us in to a great experience. Quick, no fuss, and easy as pie. Exchanged an Audi for an Audi and the price he gave for ours was far more attractive than the 3 previous quotes from other dealers.even that was as straightforward as 'here's my old car, thanks for my new car' within a couple of days. Car was like brand new on pick up and we're super happy with it. See you in 3 years Tom.we'll be back!

Bought a car from Sinclair Direct. Contract included service but when I turned up it hadn't been. Told it had a 60 point check instead. Checked the oil and found it dry so can't believe it had been checked at all. If they didn't check the oil, what did they check? Took it home, next day it wouldn't start. It was towed back and three days later I picked it up. Took it home, and same day it would not start again.
They took it back. Several times I requested that, as it was under manufacturer's warranty, it was put on main dealer's diagnostics machine to find out what was wrong with it. This was not done, I was told they were 'busy'. I complained that I was paying for it and paying insurance and tax. I spoke to the director and was made to feel like a nuisance.
When he eventually offered a refund I said yes. Unfortunately still waiting for the refund. They have the car and the money - no-one there cares about me as a customer. Worst customer service i have ever received. I was being reasonable, I wanted the car to start. They made me feel this was unreasonable. I will never go there again. Worst experience of buying a car I have ever had.
