15 hours ago This week a friend of mine who was looking for a new car and happened to see a vehicle she may like it was advertised on this site we drove all the way to Barry unfortunately the wife had taken the car out of the garage to drive around in! So we made arrangements to call back the very next day. Upon getting there we found Brian the owner of O'Neills very rude dismissive would not listen or engaged in any conversation about whilst he was talking over her, being very rude and defensive the energy of this garage was all wrong.

Once we left the wife got back in the car and off she went again. Following this experience We went straight to the Nissan garage in Bridgend and she found a lovely car similar to the one she originally looked at for better quality more perks and a very good price. There is something to be said to go to a main dealer

Very helpful staff, knew everything about the car we were looking at. Held the car for us while we travelled up from Devon. They answered phone calls out of hours and always returned calls. We had a problem with the car 8 weeks after purchasing it, called the garage and Costs of repair were paid straight away. Thank you very much

Bought an old, well run part ex off bryan and merv. The car developed a few minor faults which were quickly put right. Then a few weeks later the timing belt snapped. Bryan was very decent and easy to correspond with throughout the issue. Would definately consider buying from them again. Very good aftercare service.

I've just bought a Citroen C4 from Bryan. What a pleasant experience. He is proof that not all car dealerships are the same. He is completely genuine and extremely helpful. I'd certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good car at a fair price.

Just purchased a Citroen Picasso nearly new (and also traded in my treasured 11 year old Vectra). Could not fault this process, and thanks to the staff for holding my hand, and fitting in with awkward processes caused by my buying from 100 miles away, and also needing to deliver the car to a towbar fitter a few miles away on my behalf so I could tow the day after collection! There were a few other complications, but all sorted. Thanks very much. (Oh, and BTW, the car is a real peach).
