Promised deposit back if change our mind. We liked the car but after consideration we decided it was not quite for us. Reynolds salesman understood and refunded the deposit, no fuss - very impressed. He also worked hard to find alternatives but we will have to keep looking for now.

I purchased a car from Royston and within 2 and a half months have had to spend J760 in repairs. Car was patched up so appeared fine during test drive but problems started after just 3 weeks. Contacted Royston but they were not interested and couldn't even be bothered to stop eating whilst talking to me down the phone! I ignored warnings from other people about this garage and paid the price. Buy from elsewhere, you have been warned!
