I had a great experience at Riverside SEAT Hull because the sales staff that I dealt with, Jason, was very friendly and explained all the details necessary for me to be confident in my purchase. Also there were very easy to follow social distancing procedures and sanitisation done when arriving

I took my seat car to the Hull dealership for it's anual service at the end of June, I went back to collect my car, I asked Chris at the service desk if it was ready he replied yes. I paid for my service & went to my car put the key in the ignition & the service spanner was still lighting up on my car, so I went back to see Chris & Laura @ the service desk & asked them if my seat actually had been serviced cos it's still showing on my dashboard that it needs a service Laura said yes I think so, she went to ask Katie the manager their & Katie told me no it hadn't been serviced, I wasn't happy I was annoyed with them all I had paid for a service & all my car had done was a valleting, that's an expensive car wash I've ever had & a waste of my time & petrol I asked for my back & took my car to another garage.

Talk about fraudulent what if I had been a pensioner & hadn't noticed the dashboard. They don't deserve your custom. The morel of the story is don't go to Hull seat priory park to buy a car.not happy at all.i didn't want to give an any stars but I had to, to post this info:. They don't deserve any stars what so ever.

No hassle with this branch whatsoever. Work was carried out professionally. Car looked great. The technical advisor Laura was great. Got me to work and back. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everything i requested they happily said was ok and definitely will be coming back again.

Booked in for a last minute MOT. The service department didn't inform me MOTs are done offsite. As a result it failed on some minor items & they couldn't retest same day. or next day (Sat for that matter) leaving me without a vehicle. Not great!

We had an excellent experience buying our Seat Alhambra from this garage. We travelled a long way to get it, from Kent to Hull but the salesman, Andy, had promised the car would be as described and he would stand by his (reasonable) valuation of our car if it proved to be exactly as described. Andy was helpful and considerate when we arrived - not a pushy salesman and he knew his way round the car.

The post sale service cannot be faulted. When an Adblue fluid level showed up as low after we got home he agreed without fuss that it should have been picked up in the service and arranged for it to be done locally at Stockill's expenses. He also arranged to recover items we had accidentally left in the old car and posted them to us. The company is a family business, he's been there a long time and the feel of it is how you would like car buying to be - honest and obliging and how rare that is. Very good. Thank you.
