I cannot thank Mark and Gary enough, We went up to BTA on this Saturday morning to look at and purchase a motorhome Getting there they were closed and should have been open Mark came in on his day off after problems with staff. Brilliant repair to my car. The whole team at BTA were very pleasant and hardly laughed when I told them how the damage had happened. Simon, the body repair man looked at the crumpled rear wing and said that he'd be able to fix it. We agreed the time for the repair and a price. After a few days the car was ready and I was delighted with the result.

The repair was excellent, the car in as new condition. The price was as agreed and I couldn't be more pleased. This was the second time we've used BTA for body repairs and both times the results were first class. I have also had cars serviced, a cam belt changed and MOT's done there. All have been first class. Its great to be able to go to a garage where the people can be trusted that they will do a good job, not rip you off and the price reasonable.

It's very refreshing this day and age to find a garage that provides such great and fairly priced service. Mark has excellent broad knowledge of the workings of cars and will repair your car at a fair and reasonable cost and will never oversell by looking for unnecessary work, unlike some main agents and quick fix centres. The Motorhomes are fairly priced and the preparation is to a very high standard, Gary and the sales team are straight forward and very fair to deal with. Overall a great set up.

The first place I come when I have any problems with any of my cars. Professional First Class support for all your servicing and mechanical needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone. The Workshop team are helpful and friendly. Exceptional Service.

I would not recommend giving this place a single penny of your money. We recently purchased a vehicle from them and upon getting the vehicle home we noticed a number of problems with it, including broken/faulty locks and chips in the windscreen. Although they sounded reasonable at first, it soon changed, I got the vehicle checked by a mechanic where I live and he confirmed that the chips where old not new, which BTA insisted they must have been new and happened on our drive home.

I also have proof that the locks where faulty and BTA's Managing Directer sent a lovely email accusing myself as not taking care and damaging the vehicle, although I had just spent my entire savings of 8000 on this vehicle, so I can assure you that I am being very careful with it. To sum up, just don't do it, get a vehicle from somewhere else!
