Please note we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, even if you choose to not view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under any 14 day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
All HiCalibreCars.com cars above 2 and/or 3 years old depending on manufacturer, are supplied with a 6 Month Mechanical Breakdown Cover (Warranty) underwritten by AUTOGUARD Warranties for and on behalf of HiCalibreCars. Com included in the price of the car. The cover is comprehensive 5 stars Gold or Platinum Warranties depending on the car purchased and are equivalent to the cover on a new car. Each Individual claims limit is up to between 2000 to 25000 depending on the type and value of the car purchased.

In a sea of 'averageness' it's SUCH a refreshing change to make a find such as Denis at HiCalibre Cars. We bought a stunning Merc CLS shooting brake and, much like another post on here, haven't stopped smiling since. It's absolutely flawless, and the attention to detail by Denis is something to behold; small example, car was fully serviced by Mercedes for him prior to sale, and his instructions to them were something else!
For example, he clearly instructed them to drain the sump and NOT syphon oil out. Just one of many examples of his insistence on doing things right. We are so grateful, and for him putting up with us including our 5 year old for a few hours. Denis says he does this because he enjoys it and likes meeting people- and it clearly shows. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back when the time comes, and only hope he hasn't retired! Thanks again. The Briggs family.

I part exchanged my lovely cls saloon at hicalibre earlier this year for a 2 year old cls shooting break, this car is as new prepared to fantastic better than new condition with much attention to detail, complete with a full merc service, as I believe all thier pre owned cars are, I dealt only withthe proprietor Mr. Batu an extremely curtious and charming gentleman and I received excellent attention and at no time any pressure to buy.
I feel that I got a very good deal on my car, whiched turned out to have a number of quite expensive faults flagged by mercs when put in for the major service that Mr. Batu has carried on all his cars My new car is performing as good as it looks and I am confident that will continue to do so. I would not hesitate to recommend my best friends to Hicalibre cars should wish to purchase a pretige car
