I dealt with Ben today. Although the dealership was closed to the public he came in at midday on a Saturday to help and advise me in my quest to purchase a new car. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I felt very relaxed in his company and at no point did I feel pressurised.

Well, I've recently taken delivery of my second Kia Niro, and what a car. Fine Cars sales team were absolutely brilliant in sorting out my new car. I went for the KIA Niro 4 hybrid as it has a few extra's that my Niro 3 didn't. Once again a fantastic car; economical, quite, quick, and made very well. I had no problems with my first Niro, and had it for 3 years. Servicing was very efficient, and I can thoroughly recommend both the dealership and the model KIA that I drive. Overall fantastic.

Everything you could want from a car dealer: friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, didn't aggressively try to upsell anything, nor recommend things we didn't need. Decent trade-in on the old motor. Phillipa was brilliant when we picked the car up too. Went through all the paperwork, checking we understood everything, showed us round the car and where everything was, how it all worked.

100% recommend these guys. Super friendly, went out of their way to accommodate us, including picking us up and dropping us off again at the station (which was quite a long journey) for no extra charge. We rented a car from them - price was really reasonable and the service was top notch. Joshua the rental manager in particular was really professional, and went out of his way to help us. We were super impressed with his customer service. Really appreciated, and made our experience a really positive one. Will definitely use these guys again. Highly recommend!
