SENT TWO x Decent offers on eBay for a power supply it was 55 and i offered 40 then a second offer off 45 BOTH Offers were ignored! not even a counter or decline both offers ignored! So today just checked and this company not only ignored my offers! GUESS WHAT! They just put the price up from 55 to 75 a very shady strange way of doing business RADWELL UK EBAY STORE!

Last resort supplier, they do not honour prices on offered goods. Cost considerably more than advertised & I am not referring to admin and other charges that suddenly appear.

Urgently needed some MCB's that aren't made any more. Got through to Miranda who was excellent. The part was in stock, her customer service was amazing and she got it to me as fast as possible so I could continue with my job

Paid extra for delivery before 10:30am the following day. Whoever input the address into the UPS system put an 8 instead of a 6 into the postcode. Customer service just confirmed I did give the correct postcode and that it's a manual error from whoever processed the order. I now have to drive over 6 hours return journey to fit this part to the customers machine due to this companies incompetence. Was told twice that somebody would call me back within 5 minutes, almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. Won't hold my breath. Would like some compensation for my travel costs and damage to my reputation.

6.1.2021 Ordered and paid an item it was on stock on 15th december to avoid customs before brexit. They shipped it on 5th january in new year, now I have to pay custom because of brexit! In 10 days they were not capable to pack the item inbox and call the courirer. 8.1.2021 Review correction from 1 start to 5 stars! - I got refunded my import charges from them, they were very kind and resolved this unusual situation very well. Thank you.

Totally irrelevant company. We ordered Motor Controller Board in 29th Dec 2020. Its passed 25 days and up to now they did not shipped its. So many calls, mails traffic and answer is same; "customs procedure is continue". When i ordered its, their web page only write "1-2 days shipping". If you are not stick to your promise, please change your web page info's.

We have sent our boards for repair 4 or 5 times, still they are not working. We have exchanged 169 mails so far, every time I have to send 2 or 3 reminders to get a reply from them. Worst service ever.
