Started off no star but arrival Mr Bailey, who incredibly high standards, 5star. It has be said covis played huge part, cars held up everywhere, Boris cabinet more interested wage war, I'm motobility user, and trying find vehicle to allow me entry. However been chippenham motor company for years, little clitch now then Minor, I want say the lady Candice in servicing was great, took most unwarranted blame, but through out 100%.

This is the second car that I have purchased from and both times it has been the most professional service. You are not pressured at all in buying a car and you definitely feel like a valued customer. On this particular occasion it was Craig that sold me my new car. He was excellent from start to finish, especially if I had any questions on anything. I will definitely recommend Chippenham Motors to anyone looking for a new car and especially Craig as a salesmen.

I can't speak from a buying perspective as i have never bought a car there. However, when it comes to servicing it is another story. I recently had my 63 plate Kia Ceed serviced and MOT'd. In all honesty i can't fault them. The servicing quote and MOT was exactly as quoted to me initially and the work has been done to a high standard. The service was a big one (8 year service) so was a little nore costly than usual. I am not going to complain as they were brilliant throughout. Would recommend if you want your car serviced. Very professional throughout.

CMC - Chippenham Kia making the unaffordable affordable. Kia as a car company have come a long way and their new cars are excellent and seem to be flying off the shelves. CMC works hard to make them affordable. All in all the purchasing experience was a very good one. Dale helped immensely, guiding me through the process. The end result is that I'm now driving a lovely car that I really enjoy.

After my dreadful experience with Chippenham Motors I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase a vehicle from these people! If you do happen to have a problem after you've parted with your money, they will simply ignore your emails & fail to return your calls. I had no choice but to involve the Motor Ombudsmen before they would even acknowledge my many problems. However I am still heavily out of pocket & thoroughly regretting the purchase.

Awful service, went to view a car found a few faults with it the sales man and his manager had no interest in wanting to solve issues just wanted rid of the car, just fobbed me off with "it's normal" "all our cars are like that". What all your cars are dripping wet on the inside? "Yeah all of them every morning" AVOID! And the warranty they offer isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

Bought a used car (BMW M140i) from Chippenham Motor Company a few weeks ago and it couldn't have gone smoother. They sorted out paying off the rest of the finance on my previous car which was on a PCP deal with VW Financial Services, and discounted the excess from the list price of the car I was purchasing (because I was in positive equity). Lee was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly.
There was a small snag with the car after I had bought it (dodgy battery that only BMW were able to diagnose directly) and Mo and Lee were both really helpful in getting the problem sorted for me and Chippenham Motor Company covered the cost. Wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend these guys to anyone!

The second time in dealing with Kia at CMC. Previous dealings with another Kia dealership was disappointing and did not reflect the Kia Customer Service ethics. Purchased a Sorento GT Line S 30 months ago from CMC and despite a couple of issues not of the dealerships making I could only praise the team. So when looking for a ENiro 4+ For my wife there was only one choice of a dealership to go to. Pleased to see Jack Meech was still at the dealership to make this sales process to go through as smoothly as the first.
This despite being in the current pandemic. The team at CMC offer an excellent customer journey experience from sales to service. The after sales team look after both Kia's and special praise has to go to Charlie in service for his excellent communication and customer care. While I compliment Jack and Charlie I can only recommend the whole team at CMC. They are polite, pleasant, always offering a welcome smile and thank you when leaving. My Kia dealership of choice. Would I recommend to others? A resounding yes.

Having been told that spare key was missing by salesman and he would find this as he had used demonstrator himself, nothing happened. Chased him and his colleages on many occasions but nothing was ever done. Have telephoned, emailed and followed up with Service Department. It would appear to me that they are more keen to sell GAP insurance (bought without finance and not required), paintwork protection (an utter waste of money according to a friend of mine in the motor trade), etc.
Would appear that they are not interested in a long-term relationship. This is a shame since I purchased a demonstartor and two new cars previously from another Seat dealer which has closed and would have probably continued with Chippenham Motor Company in the future. Used to get regular offers and calls from previous dealer but CMC doesn't seem interested in after-sales.
Their loss, since my son is due to replace his car soon and my wife probably will next Spring. In short, my experience is mixed - a good deal from a very attractive showroom, BUT what a pity no emphasis is placed on customer retention or would be a great dealer.
