Audi VW Centre

I have always taken my car for servicing here. I had my car serviced in March and at the end of June my car informed me that the oil needed topping up? I email the garage but to enquire why I would need a top up after only a couple of months when my service record says it had 7lts put in at the service. I didn't get a reply and so I had to go and purchase more oil.

This has never happened to me ever! I will not return. Quick edit. I took my car to another garage and they informed me that the old sump plug had been reused and the oil was leaking past it.

I haven't actually managed to get these guys to do any work for me - over a six week period I've sent two emails, left one voicemail message and had a telephone conversation, all asking for an estimate for a repair and, despite the guy on the phone promising a quote, I've still had no response. I can only assume that they don't want the work.

After poor service with another Audi dealership these guys were a breath of fresh air so friendly helpful and nothing too much trouble at reasonable prices. In my book a safe recommendation.

Perfect - a really good job, done on time, and at a good price. I really can't fault these guys. If you want a service or repair on a good car that's now out of factory warrantee and you have to watch the costs, this garage is a great option to a main dealer franchise. Recommended by my wife - and she was right!

I have been buying my cars from Simon for almost a decade and have used the company to service all of them. The sales service is exemplary. The cars are totally reliable and prepared to the highest standard with servicing, replacement tyres etc. I would not buy a car from other than the Audi VW centre.

I was charged 144 for the 'technician' to plug the diagnostic equipment into my car and investigate an electrical drain on my car. I spoke to the 'technician' when i collected my car but he could not find a fault. He also told me that he did not clear any of the fault codes because if he did they would only come back? My conclusion was that they didn't even plug my car in.

I left without questioning the work because i didn't have the time or energy to argue. I have now sold the car because their sister garage couldn't help either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE.

My car broke down on the road passing the Audi VW Centre, and I literally free wheeled onto their forecourt! A mechanic working there was quite happy to take a quick look to see what the problem was. As it was a major fault, he got his colleagues to assist pushing my car into their parking area to await RAC collection. Very grateful to the entire team :

Very disappointing experience here the other day. Called on Saturday to make an appointment for Tuesday to test drive a car. Spoke to Simon, left name and number and asked him to call us if the car sold before then as we were driving far to view it. When we arrived on Tuesday Simon wasn't expecting us. Simon didn't know who we were and didn't remember speaking to us two days before or the appointment we made.

He blamed a colleague for the mix up, but it was him who stuffed it up. The car had been sold, which we didn't have a problem with, but it was annoying driving 90minutes for no reason.
