Great experience from the service team, they explained everything to me clearly (I'm not that technical) Not everything was covered by the Ford warranty, but they explained why and they would help with Ford if anything went wrong in the future. Really easy to deal with, the lady I spoke with was really knowledgeable and really helpful.

No stars for this company. Vary unprofessional. They didn't careless about my car when they started the work and had to stop when they waited for parts. That evening my car got broken into on their forecourt. The unprofessional of the staff after this happened and couldn't care less about helping out after.they couldn't be bothered to finish the work that they started and wanted me ti claim there damage that they did on my insurance.

Do not touch this dealer with a barge pole due to (in very brief summary). Poor mechanical knowledge Car went in with an engine management light on, paid 1800 for a new part, and then engine light came back on. Car went back in a further two times without the fault rectified. We rejected a further quote of 2000 for an additional replacement part. Took car to independent local garage who immediately diagnosed the fault, said it was a very common fault on Fords and advised that we potentially didn't need to have had the part costing 1800 replaced.
We would have expected a Ford garage to have known about common faults. Appalling customer service During this ordeal a complaint letter sent to head office was ignored. Additionally, the Motoring Ombudsman advised MRG to re-offer the goodwill gesture (which we had previously declined due to being in just the initial stages of our dispute and feeling thoroughly let down). However, MRG have made no attempt to contact us regarding this matter.
Out of date sales techniques At one point we considered part exchanging the vehicle and were told by MRG that we would be 'looked after'. Our experience was of a salesman who had no skills in managing difficult conversations and when we challenged the information, and were clearly in great distress, rather than addressing our concerns, he started talking about his mother's car!
We then declined the offer as we did not feel we were being offered a good price and the salesman chased us out into the car park throwing more figures at us. However, these were just the original figures hashed into a different monthly price. The car we were offered was apparently 'like for like' but we are not sure how this equates as we have a high spec sports model and we were offered a boring brown base model.
We were also offered a terrible part exchange price. So glad we decided to take our car to an independent garage as the car is still running well with no further issues. Overall thoroughly disappointed with MRG, we thought we were valued customers and up until this incident had the car religiously serviced and MOT'd with MRG. On initial purchase we bought into the Auto Glym package, warranty and genuine Ford roof bars so had invested in Ford.
We have now cancelled our service plan and no longer wish to deal with the company in any way. We had hoped that our concerns could have been resolved in an amicable way but MRG have just caused us stress and disappointment. Would not recommend.

If Carlsberg made a car dealer. Buying from MRG has been so easy and straight forward I can confidently say they are one of the best car dealers I have been to. Myles dealt with our trade-in and purchase from start to finish and was honest, easy to contact, fast to respond, etc and we drove away in our new car within 48 hours of making the phone call! All in all a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

I have been taking my car here to be serviced for the past few years. Everyone at MRG is so welcoming and friendly. Chris who runs the Service department always ensures that his team do an amazing job and Darren who runs Sales has always got a smile on his face and is happy to help. Couldn't recommend this place any more! Thanks everyone!
