4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.
Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage1 warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to 100 per day (including VAT) [1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

We've been to a few dealerships in NJ, Brooklyn and so far this location is our favorite. The ladies at the desk were nice, our rep Klint, is always very helpful and on this last visit we brought our GLE in thinking there was a problem and he fixed it no charge (clogged water line) and let us roam the floor models and drink as much coffee as we wish and we just that! (The two toned Maybach is just divine and the pre owned cars? Gorgeous. ) When you think luxury dealership with great service it is definitely here!

I went to Silver Star for the first time this past week for a regularly scheduled service. I was blown away by the fantastic customer service. They open at 7 which allowed me to drop my car off before work. I checked in and was introduced to Faith, a service advisor, almost immediately. She was great in explaining to me what service would be carried out and got me into a pre-requested loaner right away so that I could get to work on time.
She called me later in the day to let me know the routine maintenance was completed but that I needed a new coolant pump. It was ordered and they installed it a few days later. When I picked up the car, it was absolutely spotless from their washing it. They even cleaned the brake dust off the wheels. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back there even though I live in Manhattan closer to different MB dealer.

I made a last minute appointment at Silver Star Mercedes on a Saturday no less. I had never been to this dealership before so I was surprised they took me in right away. I was assigned to Carol Morin in Service. I brought it in to have my console looked at to be fixed. The part needed to be ordered. After checking out my car Carol came back to me and told me there was no way I could drive my car and showed me my tires.
Two drivers side tires had bubbles and were separating from the rim. I could've had a serious accident at any time. She literally saved my life because I had no idea I had this problem and could've had a blow out at any minute. She arranged a loaner car and kept in touch so I was aware of timelines and work progress on the car. Carol was so friendly and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone needing sincere, honest and thorough service. Thank you so much Carol!

I want to first say "To God be the Glory"! My sales person was Victor Babb and he is awesome. I live in Pennsylvania and he made sure that my purchase was seamless. He was more than professional and made me feel like I was a VIP client. I will definitely be recommending people to go to this dealership and experience Victor for themselves.

I was overwhelmed by service rep options, so I did what the reviews told me to do, and that was book with Carol Morin. I was mentally prepared to simply get through the mundane task of getting my car serviced, but it set the tone for a day of self-care. Carol was professional, super personable (without being too chatty), efficient, and an advocate.
I took her up on the offer to comp my taxi to run errands during the wait and took a tour around the sales floor until she gave me a 10-minute heads up that my whip was whipping. This is the third MB location I've been to (I hop for no other reason than convenience), but I will go out of my way to return to Silver Star. All the customer experience you expect from a lux dealership, without the stuffiness.

I wanted to thank Carol of Silver Star Motors for an amazing experience with my vehicle. The car was unfortunately vandalized with graffiti spray paint. I drove in without an appointment on 12/31 and there was a genuine caring about what happened. The paint was removed within 15 minutes and I had my car back. It is nice to have a small town feel and customer experience in a busy city like NYC. Thank you all and Happy Holidays!

It was time to trade in my lease and I was a little worried with all the news of shortage of cars, however that was not case when I got to Silver Stars Mercedes The exact vehicle I was looking forward to purchasing was available. The moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Dawn Morris. She made my buying experience a breathe of fresh air.
Her patience in showing me all the features (and there were a lot) to making sure I was happy with the SUV I really appreciated all her help. Al in financing was such a pleasant experience and explained the breakdown of the deal making sure I knew what I was signing and answering all my questions. This is the second vehicle I am purchasing from Silver Star Mercedes and once again it was seamless process. I want to let the General Manager Julian Gonzalez know that he has a great team working with him!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Carol Morin. In NYC there are so many options that one has. Carol and Silver Star Motors run their business on an individualized basis truly caring for each customers needs. I shared the issue of a creaking noise coming from steering my GWagon. It was advised that I come in and I had to leave my car. I am dependent on my car to get to the hospital and care for patients, especially during a time like this.
Silver Star provided me with a ride back to Manhattan and gave me a 4 day window to repair my vehicle. Vehicle returned in 24 hours. I was in constant communication by email/text/phone. Silver Star Motors gave me personalized care and took care to advise me correctly, taking the time to explain the mechanics of what went wrong and why it needed replacement/repair.
