I've got mixed feelings about this place. A couple of years ago it took them 6 or 7 visits for them to finally fix a glow plug problem in my camper. They deal with a lot of commercial vehicles and in my opinion they don't interact with private customers as well as they might. Having said that, they are better than they used to be.
