Came here for two different tasks. First to view a used car, and the second to get a repair done under warranty. Salesperson Haz did a great job of promoting the car we'd done our research on, kindly taking us on a test drive and showing us the new features we may not have been familiar with before. Jenifer and Adel of the Aftersales team handled my other query regarding rattling by the rear view mirror on a Honda e within warranty.

Both were friendly and polite and swiftly set an appointment up with the mechanic team for the day. The courtesy car I received was in good condition and by the end of the day I had the car repaired and with no more rattling! Hooray! I've already bought a service plan and aim to have the car serviced here for the next few years. Recommended!

Recently purchase a new Honda E model. The dealership was fantastic and went above and beyond to provide support throughout the whole purchace process. Anthony and John were everything sales persons should be and I could not have made a better decision than choose Brayleys. The car is awesome and will be using the dealership for all servicing and future needs for sure.

Had the best experience with this dealership. Anthony guided us and supported us on every step of the process when buying our new Honda E as well as his manager John. They followed up with us and the financial company to make sure we would get approved with the best possible deal and making sure everything was ready on time to avoid missing on the government grant. They were always very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service received and of course the car.

Brayley Honda Enfield is fantastic! I bought my first Honda 9 years ago, to this day i remember how brilliant their staff member Charles was. There was never an issue booking the car in for a service, it was always quick and easy. I was so happy that we returned to purchase our family car. This time our Sales Exec was Alex. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked through the door to the moment we drove off in our new Crv! He was always at the other end of the phone, prompt with emails and updated us regularly on delivery dates. Thank you Alex for helping us find our perfect family car

MOT and major service on an old Honda Jazz. No hassle booking a service. They collected the car and returned it with all the work done the same day (for only an additional 20). It is an old car so they could have 'found' all kinds of things to do to it, but in fact they didn't. Their prices and required repairs for the MOT were reasonable. The prices for the major service and repairs beyond the MOT are premium: any fix involves a brand new part at a substantial price.

That being said, the service did improve the performance of the car, and they gave the car a thorough clean inside, so it seems they did a good job. In all the experience was very good.

Great service from Brayley Honda Enfield. I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle and was particularly interested in the HRV. Richard T managed to source me one from their upcoming shipment with a delivery ETA of the end of February. He kept me updated with the ETA and luckily managed to get the vehicle delivered 10 days earlier than expected! The vehicle handover was great too and I feel very comfortable in my new car knowing what all the controls do. Very pleased with my car purchase!

Nice, friendly reception and comfortable waiting area with decent, free coffee/tea. Estimated MOT would take 2 hours, and that's almost exactly how long it took - and my car passed! So, happy days.

I visited Honda quite some years ago and unfortunately had a bad experience but I am pleased to say my faith in Honda has been restored. I recently purchased a car and dealt with Richard Tidiman who couldn't have been more helpful. He took the time to find out my requirements and took me through all the features on the various models to help me work out what would be right for me.

I didn't feel pressured at any point - I would have run a mile - but instead I had a fantastic experience from start to finish - even post finish when, if i'm being honest, I really just needed to read the manual! Professional, knowledgeable and patient. Would happily recommend.

Booked my car in for a service and courtesy car easily. The reception staff were courteous and the courtesy car was clean and relatively new. When I collected my car around 3pm the same day, it was gleaming and spotless inside.

The moment I stepped in the office ( eventhough I didn't have any appointment or booking) staff were very helpful and friendly. Richard Tidiman dealt with us, I gave him only basic information what we are and what we looking for and he picked it up straight away and direct us exactly what we want, what we can afford. The way he communicate with us was brilliant; never ignorant or annoying.

It was very difficult, very stressful process for us and he made it as easy as buying a milk from the corner shop. He called and followed up every step until we receive the keys. He was brilliant, I can't recommend enough.
