Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ian was a star from the beginning to handover. No pushy sales, no unnecessary bolt ons, everything was explained clearly; even on the handover he took the time to go through every feature on the vehicle and not just send us on our way. As young people, we had been ignored by most dealers wherever we went, but their mannerisms and human touch ended up with a sale. Would recommend anybody to use them

Fantastic experience, Richard was really helpful and really friendly from start to finish, incredibly professional and not pushy at all. I initially enquired about the car online last weekend, a couple of phone calls and emails later and we went to look at and purchase the car today. Took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, didn't hover over us whilst we were looking at the car we were there to buy, nothing was too much trouble.

Couldn't ask for an easier, more effortless transaction. Got a really good deal to part ex my old car, wasn't pushed into any extra add-ons for the new car. Love the new car, an absolute dream to drive, pristine condition considering its 3 years old is amazing. Will be going there for all the maintenance on the new car and will definitely go again when it's next time for a new car.

Bought new E rifter from another Peugeot dealer. Needed a little help. Peugeot assist unless right down to refusing to talk to you on general enquiry unless you quote VIN number. Phoned Telford as we were passing IAN spent patient 10 mins SHOWING and explaining our 1 day old electric car. SUPERB real human touch from a dealer we did not even buy off.

Excellent service van only 2 years old but they took it in today to repair.something I've never seen before hill start break flat tyre pressure although tyres are fully pumped to 48psi.

Customer service is always fantastic here, my experiences in particular with the service desk is that they are very organised and professional and friendly to talk to. They want to get things right for the customer and quickly. Thank you

Where do I even begin? The team at Telford motors have gone above and beyond! I picked my brand new 3008 up last week with thanks to Ian and Sam. They even managed to bring the delivery date forward so we got the car soon that excepted. Absolutely Fantastic service with a great attitude. The whole process has been faultless, and we've had great communication between Sam Ian and the team.

The quality of the car is amazing and as a family of 5 there is ample space. Id like to say the customer care from the girls on the service desk - going out of their way to help also after dealing with Telford Motors for a fair few years now is phenomenal! I hope to deal with Telford motors in the near future. (But not too near!)
