Terrible. I took my car in for an MOT and ended up spending 354 and in a worse position than before. I was charged 110 for an investigation into oil contamination and they didn't figure out what the problem was. In addition to this, they didn't connect the intercooler pipe back up properly, leading it to come off and my engine to not run properly, making the car practically undriveable. This could have caused serious damage if I hadn't taken it to another garage to get it sorted.

Were in a crazy world. went to buy a second hand car.after talking to Ashley in the Kia showroom.realised buying a New Kia was cracking value.so settled on a Kia xceed connect.had a fair part ex.and Ashley kept me in the loop. PS phone enquiries were always answered promptly.5 star's for all concerned!

Very friendly staff, not too pushy! Plenty used cars on site to choose from and new in showroom. Only problem is wait time for ordering new due to chip shortage at moment but sales guy was very helpful.

Turned down for a job because I have disabilities and this wouldn't suit a position at furrows. This is illegal I think but if furrows act this way now it just shows me they are not worth working for because they will never be compassionate to my medical needs. Gutted too because I really want to work in a dealership. This has put me off.

Furrows, the Shrewsbury Ford dealers have always been an excellent garage and their parts department gives great service to keep my old Fords going. They also provide a great tyre service. They hold popular tyres and sizes at Shrewsbury, same day from Telford and can get most tyres to either site in a few days. Reasonable trade prices and friendly efficient service always.

Called for spare parts. After quite a bit of searching, the retaining bolts I required only came with a rather expensive part to be retained. (Caliper) The parts operator took the trouble to point me to Ebay where retaining bolts were available for 12.50 inc postage even printing off details. A decent effort by Fords,

Fixed my van while I waited. Staff were friendly(especially the cleaners, who did a fantastic job - give them a pay rise!). You lost a star only because you made me stand up in the office for about 20 minutes, as you've taken all the chairs out. Otherwise great.

First class service. I am so delighted with my new vehicle and the service I received from Furrows, specifically Hayley, I could shout it from the rooftops. Thankyou Hayley! Her attention to detail, customer service and knowledge of EVs is superb. Whenever there was an update I was immediately informed and despite the current climate (vehicle wasn't expected until the New Year) I was delightfully informed it was to be delivered 3 months early!

Happy birthday to me but on a serious note I can't recommend Furrows highly enough. Hayley is just the most professional, loveliest person anyone could want with them when purchasing a new car. The whole process was thoroughly enjoyable and I look forward to hopefully seeing Hatley again in the future for my next car.

I have to say that this dealership is one of the best I have come across I have to thank Mark & his team in the transit center for turning around my 4 injector s that had gone on my Ford moterhome within 3 hrs so that I could carry on with my trip

Not good. Most of the cars have internal damage. Ripped seats etc that doesn't reflect the price of the car. Not very helpful staff. They asked us to shout out the windscreen number, then unlocked the car from their portacabin. Pretty useless

Very good place to buy new or used car in my case. I do recommend Brian from used car sales department. Great guy with knowledge and good dose of humour. You get very good deal from him too. I had a really pleasant and reassuring experience with Chris in the Transit service department who seems passionate about his job and very professional. The Transit services mechanic replaced my gearbox and flywheel within one day and multiple other smaller garages and a gearbox specialist told me they would need my van for two days because the gearbox is difficult to get off! The Quality of furrows is worth paying for and I am happy to continue using furrows of Shrewsbury.

Very nice dealership with plenty of parking for customers. Nice to have the brands Kia, Mazda and Ford all in the one large showroom. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Offered a coffee while I waited for my appointment.

I got a used car from furrows. On day of collection I found the inbuilt bluetooth wasn't working. 3 days after collection we had a frost and found the heated rear windows were not working correctly. I reported the problems. 7 weeks later after repeatedly contacting Furrows Kevin Evans told me they wouldnt fix the window because I couldn't prove it was broken on collection and glass was not covered under the warranty. I would recommend not buying a car off them without inspecting every inch of it. Basically treat them as if you were buying it off some random person.
