From seeing the car online making a phone call and speaking to Scott McCormick who give me all the information about the car on the phone. To going to Agnews Ladas Drive to see the car. Scott give me great pleasure in purchasing the car. Great staff pleasant honest cheerful. Def my new dealers Thank you guys.

Absolutely disgusting service! Would not even give one star! Cars are sold with tears in the seat, no MOT, no Service, no spare key and log book not signed from first owner. Everything from start to finish was all about getting the money. Once this was received the salesman attempt to problem solve but drag this out over 2 weeks so you cannot cancel the contract and send the car back.
Staff are rude, have no understanding or compaint skills and lack effective listening skills. General manager called me a liar when he received a letter of complaint about the service I had been given and the promises his staff had made via email; yet apparently he and the area manager laughed at this and said I was lying. Seat customer service provided no help at all and seem happy in allowing customers to be treated so disgustingly by staff and the general manager.
My advice is steer clear as they are not professional, do not seem to know the laws and legislation involved with buying and selling of cars and do not have any form of good customer service at all! Go to all other reputable garage that is aware of how important customer service is and also is willing to sell you a car with what they say is included!
