Have come to the personal conclusion that mini bend over backwards when you are buying new. As the car ages not interested any longer. At least this is my experience over the past few years. The final nail in the coffin was this morning where I was told that before mini even looked at a noise from my wheel it would cost 85. Yeah right guys. Would love mini to justify what 85 covers? my dentist and vet don't even charge that. As it is called a local mechanic who looked at it an hour later fixed it and it cost 0

Wouldn't trust Bavarians with used cars. Purchased an 7 years old Mini OFZ2252 from them and even though Mini claim cars go through extensive checks, during MOT it showed a lot of problems, which could've been easily fixed. I Had to hear at least 10 times from Bavarian dealers and managers that this is an old car and normal wear and tear is expected. Yes, wear and tear is expected but issues which can turn up in MOT should have been addressed. Also, even a small time honest dealer will either fix the visible marks or show them to the customer before customer's journey.
They hid some major marks in the personal video and pictures and I only found them after making a long journey from London to Belfast. I was able to return the car, thankfully their incompetent salesman made a mistake when he told me that car has one previous owner when actually it had four. What a terrible experience and complete waste of time. Btw, during this process, I also contacted Mini Facebook support who informed me that Northern Ireland isn't in the Uk, hence they cannot help.

I have recently purchased a Mini with Bavarian and have found the whole experience delightful. The staff team who we came into contact with where friendly and professional however, special mention must go to Matthew Moreland who guided me through the process of finding the right car with patience and good humour. I am confident that if I have any issues with the car that they will be dealt with. From a very happy first time Mini owner.
