Provided by EMaC, an aftersales and customer experience expert, the plan is paid for through equal monthly payments at 0% finance up to 22 months. Had a great time researching for a new car the other day. I wasn't sure on the car I wanted but went in with an idea and the team were more than helpful at showing me different cars that might suit me. They were very professional and were able to give me insight into each car and answer all my questions. Came out with a firm idea on the car I would like and I couldn't thank them enough for all their help, especially Tiarnan. Service is absolutely fantastic, they couldn't improve on anything, they were perfect. Ruth was so helpful, friendly and made what can be quite stressful situation a joy. This was by far the most pleasurable experience I have had purchasing a car. The fact that it was my dream car made it even more special. Richard made sure all my questions and queries were answered. The service team are fantastic both in terms of servicing and warranty work. They are very responsive and accommodating; and the quality of the customer service/follow up was exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending. Alexandra was excellent at keeping us posted as to the status of the vehicle; and Michael took great care to ensure that we fully understood precisely what was being done and the timescales etc. All told a refreshingly pleasant experience.

I would not recommend Charles Hurst Yamaha, in particular Alex Morgan! Wednesday 13th October I enquired about a Kawasaki Vulcan that my mate William used to own, I filled in the online form with all of my contact information, Alex Morgan replied to my enquiry, I confirmed by email that I would call today Thursday 14th in the pm or if not Thursday then I'd call on Friday.
He then sent me a personalised video of the Kawasaki. I made my way up to Charles Hurst Yamaha, today Thursday, which took me 1 hour, I then waited a further 10 minutes for Alex to come back to the Yamaha showroom, he was then on his phone while I waited still, he then asked how he could help me, I said who I was and that I emailed yesterday about the Vulcan, he then said that bike is sold!
I couldn't believe he just said that, I was not impressed, I told Alex it had taken me an hour to travel up to see the bike, Alex said it had been hectic all day, (when I arrived there were 2 other sales men standing talking to each other, so not that hectic) I said too busy to make a 2 minute phone call, he said he didn't think I was calling up, I said why?
I told him I said in my email I'd be up this afternoon or Friday, and it was bloody ridiculous that he couldn't even make a quick phone call to let me know the bike was sold, travelling to hursts wasted 2+ hours from my day today, There is absolutely no way I'd ever recommend Hursts or Alex Morgan to anyone, He needs sent back to Customer Service Training School! Absolute Idiot!

Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Charles Hurst Jeep Boucher Road. I dealt with Nathan McCluskey and he was awesome. From a speculative enquiry to Nathan on Thursday afternoon, to a test drive, an inspection of my trade in, a finance application and driving away in my new purchase on Saturday morning the speed and efficiency of the service was like nothing I have experienced before.
