My wife and i are so pleased with our new car and the service we received from Right Car, Clough Road, Hull. The staff are amazing espwcially Paul, Ashley, and Lloyd were all so helpfull and professional nothings too much trouble the sales and parts team are just the best we have ever dealt with. I've bought my last 3 cars from Right Car and have always been pleased with the service i have received. My most recent car is a Ford Ecosport and the salesman was called Jamie Davies who unbelievably had only been in the job for a few weeks but you wouldn't have known. Jamie was very courteous and not pushy at all which i found at other car dealerships over the years. I would highly recommend you deal with Jamie if you do buy your car from Right Car

Bought a Renault Clio 2 months ago, they said full service history, except there wasn't one. Said they did a service themselves, but sent it out of the showroom without coolant in the radiator which was also leaking. Didn't even include the mats. Horrible service, liars and constantly deceiving people to get quick sales. Read the fine print people, they're screwing you over.

Booked my car well in adanced. A few days prior to my car been due in for its service i received a call to say my car was due in the following day. I explained they had made a mistake. To no avail. I had to reschdule my plans. I was quoted 150 pounds for a service, when it came to paying they informed me the price was 180 as vat had been added. Nott impressed

I wanted a courtesy car but none available so they asked me if i wanted to wait they provided me with a comfy seat and coffee and before very long came and told me my brake fluid was very low so they sorted that for me. it was very professional and a very good service and the ladies on the desk were really good and friendly.i am usually very nervous about this sort of thing but they made me feel very welcome and it was very quick too and my car came back all clean inside and out so a very good experience from start to finish. thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Very friendly staff, don't push let you search and then if your interested you can ask questions. The sales person that dealt with us was great, let us know all about what we wanted and if he wasn't sure there are other staff that are willing to help. Very clean and covid safe, even the coffee is nice. Thankyou to Paul Barker who helped along the way, made us feel at ease and there was no pressure. Just good honest service and talk you through anything.

Took my Dacia Duster in for it's second year service and can't praise the service team enough from booking in to arriving for service and collection. Price for service 120 phone call to pick up bang on time and car cleaned as well! Nice to see excellent customer service these day's keep up the good work.

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. 1) Booked a service and MOT online, despite confirmation email; Right car stated this was never booked. 2) After organising a courtesy car, the service desk stated this also was not done, and failed to provide one leaving me stuck with two children. 3) The service department lost a rubber protective seal from the charging port (electric car) and when I complained, they stated it was never there to begin with. 4) Right car sent a text at 4pm stating the car was ready to collect, but when I got there at 5pm it still was not ready.
There has been a complete lack of professionalism at each contact I've had with Right Car, and would absolutely recommend going farther afield to a more reputable garage if you need to use a Renault main dealer. York and Lincoln are both good options if you specifically need electric car servicing.

Sales person blatantly lied to me when selling me a car. Mot previous advisories I was told had been done and this was confirmed by a new mot which had no advisories. 3000 miles later the previous advisories reappeared on a new mot from the same mot station. When challenged by hand delivered letter no response. Also had a service done prior to mot and car failed on 2things that should have been checked under their silver service policy

Absolutely shocking. Worst dealer I ever dealt with. Bought a car in May 13, car has been back almost every month. Fobbed off every time. Most recent is an ongoing problem regarding oil leak and exhaust smell in cabin. Numerous times told the problem sorted. Car has now been to different garage to be checked and as soon as the car was lifted up even I could see the exhaust blowing and oil everywhere. So, either Right Car mechanics/servicemen are absolutely useless or I am been fobbed off. Currently seeking advice with CAB & still trying to have the problems fixed. Please, DO NOT USE RIGHT CAR. 1 star is to many.
