Had my Audi A7 looked at and chipped. very happy with the outcome

I live locally - 5 min walking distance - but have a mobility problem. My car required an MOT, and Shane and his team found every solution to each challenge presented, and it was completed with kindness and integrity, which is seemingly more rare these days. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shane and the team, based on my experience of them. Best for 2022!

We booked a car with these guys to diagnose a engine light and they replaced a part only for the same fault to appear as soon as the car was collected, once they had another look they diagnosed it correctly this time but expected to charge on both occasions. Unfortunately it's not down to customers to pay for your learning. Unprofessional.

Called Audi specialist as per recommendation from my local garage to determine what was wrong with my car as was previously told lots was wrong and it would cost 100s - 1000s to fix. I called Burwell who asked me to pop down straight away. As soon as I arrived Shane assisted and put my mind at rest. Himself and his colleague checked my car thoroughly and ensured me nothing was wrong with it. I cannot thank these guys enough for their professionalism and friendliness. I found Audi Specialists on the Milltek website, as I needed my Mini's exhaust fixing. I gave them a call, and sure enough, my experience was great! Fitting was quick and Shane was very welcoming. Lots of good chats whilst I waited. Workmanship was top quality and Im thoroughly pleased. Even if you haven't an Audi, they can still help - so if you're shopping around certainly give Andy and Shane a shout. Highly recommended.

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to because the previous negative review nearly put me off and it is not true. I needed someone to fit new rear discs and pads to my A6. I already had the parts and was having trouble finding someone to do it but this was no problem here. When I arrived in the morning I got first class customer service and they even provided a courtesy car, which is amazing considering the price.

Couple of hours later I had my car back. Fantastic job, no fuss, no bother, first class service. will be coming again. Thanks. Felt I should update this when I see negative reviews that I feel are unjustified. I went back to get my battery checked because I thought I needed a new one as it kept going flat. Instead of selling me a new one, they checked the battery and told me it just needed charging, but the health was OK. Went back for service a few weeks ago and had everything that needed doing done at a very reasonable price and they dismantled cleaned and lubricated the brakes as part of the package. Was given a courtesy car and everything was great. I have no hesitation in recommending and have done to friends and colleagues.
